A. J.Mario and his team at Nottingham Building Service have worked for me at three different properties. I have used their services for more than 8 years now in three different properties. In my first property, they laid a laminate floor on both levels including the staircase and later built a conservatory at the same property. I was so pleased with their work, I asked them to fully refurbish a flat that I bought in 2012. Four years later, I used their services again to fully renovate my current home (a 5 bed detached property), clad the exterior of the property and landscaped the garden. They are very reliable, friendly and care about the work they do. I have always been pleased with the quality of their work and the value offered. The scope of their services means that I don't need to find anyone else for any work that needs to be done at my house no matter how big or small. Many of my friends have also used their services . I highly recommend their services to everyone.
M. T.Nottingham building services built a conservatory for my old house. The process of selecting the design, all the way to after-care was managed exceptionally well.
In more recent past, they have also done a garden landscaping job at my new property in Oxfordshire. Once again, the work done exceeded my expectations. I would most certainly recommend them for any building, landscaping and construction jobs.

A project started in late June 2016 and completed early October 2016.This consisted of an extension to the kitchen, lounge and hall which required some demolition before building could begin. This included a main supporting wall plus internal walls removing and all requiring supporting steel work. An existing structural fault was also repaired during the building process. New Windows and doors were fitted where required, a new heating system installed together with all the necessary electrics and plastering. The new kitchen received new lighting and associated electrics.
The project was completed within budget and more or less within the quoted time frame. Some delay was caused at the start due to bad weather but overall we were left with an excellent conversion much admired by our neighbours. All the brickwork was well matched, roof tiles fitted in well and the front drive reinstated to a fine standard.
Without doubt it was a major project with a number of challenges but these were overcome easily by a hard working team. They were courteous, helpful and had a great sense of humour but gave us a great result. The team showed great respect for the upper part of the house which had been recently decorated and updated.
The project received much praise from the building inspector all the way through.
