Mark came round within 10 minutes and quickly figured out the issue with our leak/blockage issue. He came back later in the day to install new drainage and it’s been perfect ever since. Very friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Could not hope for a better plumber.

We came back from a holiday abroad to a broken boiler and were afraid that it would take at least a few days to get it fixed or a new boiler installed. I was very impressed by Marks competence and efficiency. He was very aware of the tasks I was willing to do (like drilling holes in tiles which was very time consuming) while he got on with the tasks which were beyond my expertise. It was a great joint partnership - and, all the way through, it was clear that if I had asked him to do the lot he would have done that too. I was happy to give him a 25% tip which he never asked for.

Highly recommend. Trustworthy, reliable, reasonable prices. Mark have installed a boiler at my property about 7 years ago, since that time Mark carries out a boiler service each year. I have rang him yesterday to replace thermostat which started playing up, less than 24hours later new thermostat fitted.

After contacting Mark at Nottingham Plumbing and Heating Services on a Friday evening regarding a heating system issue, he showed up promptly on Saturday. We found that our radiators weren't heating very strongly despite the boiler appearing to be in working order. Mark was able to diagnose the issue quickly and suggested fitting a new pump to the system. He headed out straight away to buy one for us and proceeded to fit the new pump. The radiators were found to heat up more quickly and strongly after fitting the new pump. Mark was able to also give us plenty of advice regarding how our heating system worked and considerations for the future. Would definitely recommend Nottingham Heating and Plumbing Services for heating system issues!
