I recently had my back garden Patio done by Oakfield Drives Ltd after getting several quotes. Very reasonably priced and were able to fit the job in quite quickly even in peak times. Really friendly guys who came and did the garden and had a laugh whilst they worked hard. Really pleased with the overall finished and looking forward to enjoying the garden over the summer. The Oakfield Drives team were very thorough in the ground preparation for my resin bound drive. Peter was particularly conscientious and diligent, offering valuable advice. Oakfield sub-contracted the resin laying and finishing. That team clearly lack the diligence and conscientiousness of Peter and the end result is very reflective of that. From a distance it looks amazing!! Close up....not so amazing. My main pieces of advice would be to ensure you obtain a full written quotation for any work required and be on site for your own quality control. So while I'm sure Oakfield produce great results for their own work their sub-contractors fall very short and consequently the end result is disappointing and expensive. For me Oakfield did not 'pave the way to excellence' as they claim.
