C. S.I have been a landlord in Dunkirk for 15+ years with 10 victorian properties, modified for student lets. I have used Pellier for the last 3 years and have found them excellent in every way. Reliable, speedy, understandably priced, good communicators and a freindly / considerate group of guys who explain what they are doing and dont' leave a mess.
Just before lockdown they removed a large double victorian chimney stack and re roved .... from asking to completing in C 10 days. I wish I had found them earlier.
J. E.I used Pelliere to modernise a 2 bed flat in Nottingham, this included a full bathroom rework, a wall removal to create an open plan living space, as well as updating the electrics for the lighting and new kitchen.
The work has been done to a very high standard with no major hiccups and everyone I have had contact with has been courteous and knowledgeable. I made many small additional requests during the whole process, each was dealt with professionally.
