I highly recommend Adam at Roberts Home Surveys for a house buying survey! At the start of the process he clearly explained the difference between the level 2 and level 3 survey (we decided to go for the level 3) available to us and then provided quick and clear communication as he arranged the survey with the estate agent. He gave me a ring on the day of the survey to share his initial thoughts and then wrote a thorough and comprehensive report which has been really helpful for us. I originally intended to get a level 3 survey, however, after having a look at property pictures, Adam suggested the cheaper Level 2 instead, as he believed and explained why it wouldn't add much value for what I needed, In the survey day Adam invited me to the property and arranged 15min to run me through his findings and to show me issues that I did not notice before. Adam was very informative and happy to discuss any questions I had and to look at particular worries I had regarding the property. Adam at Robert Home Surveys did a Building Survey for a period house my partner and I were looking to buy. Throughout the process he was professional and quick to respond and be on hand to answer any questions. The report itself was conducted on a day with rain and snow!
