A. t.OK so our Conservatory took longer than expected to be completed but it is up and in use now and we love it.
I knew it was going to be a bit slower than usual to complete as Steve had warned me. After all there is a Pandemic, we have lost a huge amount of manufacturing experience back to Europe and there is a war on. ( so not just an ordinary day!) The bricks for example took an age to source as the bricks the same as the house were unavailable ( I even went to Taylor Wimpey to ask to buy some and they were having the same problem) After lots of searching and looking at different bricks we found a good match, but it all took time.
The main thing is that despite the set backs and delays Steve has continued to ensure that the work done has been of a high standard.The bricks being an example. I was keen to get on with things and was happy to use a similar brick but Steve persisted on finding the best match. We tested lots of different bricks. He was right as if I had my way the Conservatory would have not have looked like it belonged to house.
Steve does not cut corners and if he is delivered an item from the manufacturers and it is not right he will get it changed. He does not make do
Steve is very proud of the work he does. This means I can now enjoy my Conservatory for a very very long time.
The last few years have been tremendously difficult for the building and manufacturing trades and really everyone in these trades are still trying to pick up the pieces. I for one am extremely grateful to Steve and his team for their perseverance, during this testing time and for not using it as a poor excuse for poor workmanship.
The workmen have been polite, they have been very responsible when it came to keeping the gates closed and keeping eye out on the dogs. After each segment of the work they have cleared up their mess

M. S.I can not speak highly enough of this company, hence the 5*. We initially had them to build an Orangery. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive.
Steve understood us and had the vision and knowledge to build what we wanted. They handled the whole project from design through planning to build finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Their workmen were 'old school' who took time and pride in their work and cleaned up everyday before leaving site. I can not recommend these / this company enough. We have since used them for 2 other projects, and would again. We have also recommended Regal to friends who have used them and have been equally please.

The conservatory has changed the way we use the house and we couldn't be more pleased with it. Thank you very much for a really great service.

It is wonderful to sit “in” the garden in all weathers. The new roof see through and with good vents works very well indeed. Thank you!
A. V. D.Regal are midway through fitting a new conservatory. Things started well, the team were friendly and progressed quickly, but then work suddenly stopped.
I repeatedly chased them to understand what was happening and were promised call backs that never occured. I'm now stuck in limbo unsure as to how long the delay will be. I've not been given any idea, so far it's been 10 days since any work was done, it could be another week, month, or year, I have no idea as all I've had are 2 brief text messages saying "there is a delay".
Communication with Regal on this has been is extremely poor, fingers crossed things will get back to the positive 1st impression they made.
