We would like to thank Dan Chaston and all the staff at McIntyre Electrical Ltd. for their excellent service during our recent boiler and central heating replacement. Having sourced three competitive quotes we decided to ask Dan to also quote for a replacement boiler, water tank and Timer/Thermostat. Unbeknown to us, two weeks later our boiler gave up the ghost and failed. I called Dan Sunday afternoon (Which I was loathed to do) and left a Voicemail, later that evening we received a call from Dan to tell us he could come and take a look at our 30 Year old boiler with a view to organising an installation date for a replacement. Dan successfully breathed life back into the old girl and within a week McIntyre Electrical were back in the shape of Dan and Co. We can honestly say that without reservation McIntyre Electrical are a customer focused, superb quality company devoted to go that extra mile. Qualities that are hard to find in todays climate. From the outset Dan was courteous and prompt, working efficiently and cleanly. He was methodical to a fault, something Clare and I both admire. We highly recommend this company to all.
