Westone Housing Ltd were appointed by my insurers to replace my garage door that my neighbour had crashed her car into. I am totally impressed with how they dealt with my claim from start to finish. I found them very professional. Today I had my new garage door fitted and I am over the moon with the work carried out. The tradesman were very friendly and did a great job.I definitely would recommend Westone Housing Ltd and use them again. Thank you from a very happy customer 😊

Westone are just finishing the repairs on my property after we had a flood. They've been brilliant and I couldn't have got through this drama without Jack Hearne. He's kept me up to date every step of the way, been very responsive and has talked me through all the things I don't quite understand. We cant thank the team at Westone Peterborough enough for dealing with our kitchen flood during lockdown. Dan has been amazing throughout, he has been professional and helpful even when we got a little stressed out, he still managed our claim with excellent customer skills. The contractors he assigned to us "Bathroom Solutions" were fantastic, Dean, Aaron and Stanley have done a wonderful job, they are perfectionists in their job and nothing was too much trouble. Andy fitted the kitchen, he was punctual and polite and we cant fault his workmanship. Everything finished to a very high standard. The painters came to finish off and again they were punctual and very efficient in their work, really nice lads. We had some ups and downs along the way but Dan promptly solved any problems, he is a busy man but we appreciate his dedication to his job and his ability to keep a calm head while we lost ours lol We shall be letting our insurance company know how very happy we are with Westone, thank you all, Dan you have a great team xxx Mandy, Steve and Gibbs Nicholson xxxx

Westone housing were appointed by my insurer to deal with a major flood incident in my home, nearly every room was affected and Westone were extremely efficient in dealing with my claim and getting my home back quickly. A close friend asked me to recommend a builder to her. For a house makeover. I,ve never been comfortable doing that type of thing (if anyone was to go wrong I,d feel responsible) At her third request I finally gave in and looking through the builders I,ve had dealings with over the years. It seemed to me that Westones stood out as the obvious ones to put forward to her Bazinga! Got it right they didn't let me down, my friend was over the moon with their work and tht way they dealt with her. And on the plus side she was so pleased, I got a bottle of malt . Hope someone else asks me for a recommendation now.
