John and his team did an incredible job on our rear patio and steps. The job required some ingenuity and John pulled it off brilliantly. As soon as he arrived for the estimate, I made up my mind to go with him as he was very switched on and keen to listen to exactly what we needed. John did a brilliant job on our stone wall in the garden. He demolished the old wall, then rebuilt it with the original stone. He talked through various option to suit our budget and was adaptive to our ideas, such as including clay figure heads into the wall. Friendly, professional and costs were clear. Would recommend.

I was extremely pleased at how quickly John and his team responded to my call a couple of months ago. They gave me a quote, and carried out the work straight away. A tree had blown down into my garden due to storm Eunice. They were polite and professional and cleared everything from the site and rebuilt my garden fencing. We contacted John to give us a quote to replace some rotting decking with a new block paved driveway. Whilst we had a rough idea of what we wanted, we weren't sure of our options and the relative cost. John spent almost an hour understanding our requirements and working through suggestions and options. Once we had decided he came back within 12h to give us a scope and price (which was excellent by the way).John and his subbies worked through some awful weather conditions (x2 categorised storms!!) and still completed the job to an amazingly high standard and within a really tight time frame. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Liam kept us fully in the loop and always had a suggestion to resolve any problem he encountered.In summary, we now have a superb driveway, steps and surrounding walls all completed by John and are the envy of all our neighbours. I've already lost count of the number of people that have stopped and commented on how great the drive looks. 100% recommend, and would love to do business again in the future.

Heritage were a dream team, they were very professional, only took two days to completely gravel up our weed-driven flower bed and build a fence around it.

John and the team did my job two months ago, provided a really competitive quote to install a sensory garden on my street in Plymouth. The teams communication was good and we were so happy with the workmanship that we have just had another quote for phase two of the garden. We had a large patio laid with a path leading to the side gate. This included making sure that the access to the garden was wheelchair accessible. The side gate had to be removed to get their digger in, yet you would never have even guessed as now it's back in place just as before. We also had some raised planters made out of sleepers, and ready for us to plant, which look beautiful. We can't wait to have the community involved with planting them up.

We chose to go with Heritage’s Services as we felt they could offer a professional service at a more reasonable cost - having received a crazy quote from another landscaper and another one that didn't even turn up to give the quote - John was open and honest during the quoting stage and suggested some alternative ideas to achieve what we wanted from the garden but within a budget we could afford. john and his colleagues were professional, hardworking and a good laugh throughout.We did have a one tile chip but they came back to rectify it with no fuss a few days later - they were very polite, enthusiastic and took pride in his work - did a fantastic job on the raised beds!
