M. L.Sovereign were absolutely brilliant for us for what turned in to a damp nightmare for us! Karen provide a comprehensive survey and quote that covered all the work we needed to solve our rising damp issue and party wall damp in our old town house. Upon starting the work it they soon realised it was a lot worse than anticipated with dry rot in the back of the kitchen and rotting floorboards, but Sovereign were great in advising and talking us through the extra work needed to solve it in what was a highly stressful situation for us with a young baby. A 2 week job turned in to 2 months due to the extra work in removing the kitchen and damp proofing everything but Karen and Carl were very accommodating with moving other jobs around so they could focus on us. The quality of work, professionalism and friendliness was great and we were very happy with the quality of work when the work was finished. Carl and Harry did a great job tanking and replastering as well as sorting new external drainage, rendering and new flooring. Nothing was too much trouble and they made a horrible situation for us so much easier and I'm so glad we used them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any building work as well as damp issues and they're actually easy to get hold of and turn up when they say they will, which isn't the case with a lot of builders! If you have a damp problem use Sovereign!
