Long overdue review. Warwick did a cracking job on the outside of one of our rental properties. We found him to be trustworthy, did the work to a high standard and within the time scales promised. We don't live locally and weren't in a position to check the work as often as we usually would like but there were no issues whatsoever. In addition he also identified a major fault with the chimney stack (which was obvious, even to my untrained eye) yet had not been noticed by a roofer we had employed shortly before. Recommended.

Warwick is dedicated to providing good service and a first class job. He was let down on a part of our project by a sub-contractor that was not up to standard but worked hard to rectify the issues, leaving us very satisfied with the results. He also worked very quickly, with the minimum of mess and we would certainly recommend him to others for a project that is well built and for a fair cost.

Warrick Shaw did a fantastic job of re rendering my property in Tavistock Devon, I can't recommend him highly enough. I got several quotes in from different builders but W Shaw Ltd was the best taking into account the specification for the job as the building is Grade 11 listed. From the start Warrick turned up everyday on time through wind and rain always being courteous and professional. The building is a four storey townhouse with original details that had to be put back where Warrick was very knowledgeable and his skills show with the finished render. If you want a builder that carries out a proper job without any fuss then please use W Shaw Ltd. I will also be getting back in contact with further work that needs doing on the house.

Warwick & his team transformed our front garden from a "farmers yard" into an attractive welcoming garden. They laid the driveway with chipping stones with cobbled edging stones, in keeping with the property. Laid a Yorkstone pathway from drive to front door and a raised seating area along the boundary wall. Created two deep flower beds & erected trellis along one boundary wall which not only acted to mask the neighbours property but also will be a great structure to grow plants up. Overall v pleased with the quality and the friendly manner in which everything was carried out. I would definitely recommend. Ash
