Jack was very polite and helpful and there was no pressure selling thankfully. The quote was less than I expected, so I quickly orderd. Arranged a day for the new loft hatch to be fitted and a new false removable floor in my airing cupboard. The installer was on time, very tidy, got the job done and all cleared up. I was very pleased with the quality and finish of the job.
