V. A.Perfectly located with easy access to buses and trains to central Reading and London. Great little community on quiet tidy estate.
F. S.I bought my St James built flat in 2006,the,common areas of the 22 properties were scheduled for redecorations in 2008 & 2012. The work was finally started in June this year but there have been many delays and there is no evidence of a survey and risk assessment having been performed. The wooden balconies have extensive wood rot and should be rebuilt.

R. W.Nice and quiet landscaped areas, with little pollution and an attractive piazza. However, there are few amenities.
