Dan and his team have done a fantastic job, on our outdoor seating area using silicone render. They were polite, punctual and extremely hard working. The end result is fantastic and we are unable to snag any part of the work done as it had been done to such a high standard. Basically, the work is perfection personified. I would also like to add that it is very, very difficult to get tradespeople that you can trust. Based on this, I would say don’t bother contacting anyone else, just contact these guys. We shall defo be using then again for some internal work.

Dan did a great job he sorted scaffolding for me as I was having a new roof before he rendered my house and was very flexible due to the over run of the the roof replacement. From the first meeting with him he came across as very professional and despite not being the lowest price as a small Business owner myself I felt ( correctly) that quality and professional integrity was more important than a pound sign as cheap usually means poor service and problems in the future. I do not expect that!!!!! GREAT JOB

Dan recently completed rendering our garden retaining wall that is about 20 meters long. Before we started we discussed the various types of render and the different options available in this situation. Dan clearly understands his trade, and explained exactly how the job would be done. The wall has been completed to a high standard and looks really good. He paid attention to the detail where the wall returns alongside some steps. We are very pleased with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending Dan to other potential customers.

Rendered our whole house. Wasn't an easy job for them as the walls were so uneven. Built up low spots and ensured all was level before doing the full base coating. Fantastic job from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.

After comparing quotes from several companies we decided to go with Precision Rendering based on their competetive price, the excellent communication, the knowledge and understanding of the look we what we wanted to achieve and the evidence of previous work they have carried out. They surprised us with how quick they managed to get the job done, were professional throughout and Dan communicated every step with us along the way. We are very happy with the finished product and would definately return to them for future work if we needed any. After our render had settled there was a small issue (not caused by anything they had done) that i asked Dan to come back and rectify which they did without question.
