Rob and the team worked tirelessly to replace my old leaking roof, after a patch of water appeared on my ceiling. Very quick response to my initial enquiry, and the options were explained clearly and fully. The team were approachable, cheerful and exceptionally hardworking, despite freezing weather conditions. They made such a good impression that both next-door neighbours decided to get theirs done too! Great service; considerate team; value for money, and a lot of pride taken in the quality of the work. Rob and the Team were excellent. A date was set and Rob and the Team worked hard to complete the roof and within a great time. They also cleaned after themselves. Since writing the above review Rob called recently to confirm that the marks on the ceiling (a year later) is condensation and that the extension roof has been built at the highest of standards and from the photographs it looked as if it it has and as the roof is guaranteed I am sure that if there are any further issues they will be dealt with.

Robert and his team were initially asked to just check my roof due to a leak. Robert was prompt in calling by the house checked the roof and give me very honest advice. I was told i needed to replace the whole roof. I had several quotes and none come close to Abacus Roofing!! The boys got on with the job with no delay. Really happy with the work, and have already had a further quote for Robert and his team to complete the roof on an extension i will be having in the very near future. I genuinely can not recommend Abacus enough 👍

Rob came out inspected the problem and gave me a quote. They offered me an earlier date but I had to put it off due to financial issues. No issues at all and kindly squeezed me in today! Rob and his team of 2 did an A1 job on my two flat roofs replacing the leaking fibreglass with a tough rubber membrane. Right from the first consultation Rob demonstrated a professional attitude, explained the process and answered all my questions in detail. Each roof was stripped, over-boarded and the membrane installed in just one day removing all the rubbish too. I have to say this is one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with and would have no hesitation in recommending Abacus Building and Roofing to anyone, thanks Rob for the peace of mind!

Flat roof renewed. Job originally done promptly and tidily. However, a few weeks afterwards the roof was leaking and I’ve now been waiting 3 weeks for someone to come and assess it. Have been given many dates and times but no one turns up. Very disappointing. Updating my rating: Rob visited today (at the time he said he would) and made repairs to the wall adjacent to the roof where the leak seemed to be coming from. Good service

After MPN fitting the worse roof ever on my conservatory which caused me two years of absolute hell-it was mainly held up with silicone. Rob and his team had the mammoth task of removing and replacing the roof. They did what I thought would be impossible. The new roof now looks great and is of a very high standard. Rob's team worked very hard and each one was very polite and courteous including Sam the plasterer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Abacus who are a skilled professional company.
