Post work a few grumbles about things 'in the invoice' - such as threatening to increase payment as not paid within 4 days. Think these expectations should have been made clear at the start as invoice comes after the work is done.

We went on to appoint Barry to completely renovate our roof and install Velux windows and this again has been done to a very high standard
