D. O. A.Horizon have an excellent and friendly team who are all experts in their field from the base work, plastering, electricians and tilers. They were able to match our house bricks, roof colour , fascia , gutters and offered lots of extras at the end - mounting the heater and removing the kitchen window to make it an open plan kitchen extension. Other companies said our current French doors could not be used for the extension but horizon were able to and also matched the colour and design. Horizon also ensured the work is building reg approved at the end. Our build was solid and airtight - during storm Eunice, any lit candles in the extension did not flicker. Thank you for the great work.
S. H.Amazing Company! We had to replace a very old (and very awful) conservatory. This company went above and beyond on this build. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every member of the team was polite and obviously highly skilled in what they do. We were kept informed at every stage of the build and I honestly can't thank them enough. Mark is a lovely man and very good would highly recommend. The guys that came to do the base were excellent they worked quickly and to a high standard, always tidying up after themselves and genuinely nice guys. The electrician and plasterer were also great and did an excellent job. Also a thanks to Mark's brother who helped with the structure both of you did a grand job. I had a few minor issues (probably me being a bit too picky) and Mark was always at the end of the phone and always back to sort these out. Nothing was too much trouble. Any questions I had or any changes I wanted to make was not a problem. All in all I am very happy with the service provided and the finished result. Thank you Mark for all your hard work and time. H. B.After many phone calls and shopping around for a conservatory we decided to go with Horizon. We felt they offered real value for money and being a family run business gave a real personal touch to our needs. From the moment of contact there was no pressure to buy, which puts you at ease straight away. Mark and Shane were great. They explained things clearly and were very accommodating. We visited the showroom but they also came to the house. The customer service was excellent. The guys that fitted the conservatory were absolutely brilliant! We were really impressed with their efficient standard of work as well as their courteous manners. They cleaned up before they went and were also helpful with their advice. If you want personal service, attention to detail, friendly, value for money and good work without being pressured then I totally recommend Horizon.
