Taz and Jamie have just finished boarding our loft, widening the hatch and fitting a new ladder. Really really pleased with the work. Apart from the amazing new space, you would t know they’d ever been. Quality work, friendly and left the place immaculately tidy. From the initial phone call, to Charlotte coming to do the survey and all of the follow up phone calls, communication has been perfect. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Instaloft and also Taz and Jamie who did our installation for us. Thank you

I'm blown away by how professional these people were. The main differences were the professionalism. We had two chaps called Brandon and Kallum install our loft who were excellent. This was the 4th company we contacted, they were half the price of anyone else so we were waiting for a catch but it never came. Thanks also for giving our house a good vaccum when you left. Small things like that make a big difference. The lifetime guarantee is also a lovely bonus Would strongly recommend. Picture of our loft below, it's a 1950s ex council house so it was a dive up there having never been touched. They even removed an old water tank up there for us and got rid of it.

I enquired about getting some loft boarding done in our new build house and I couldn't believe how fast the process was for us! We had a surveyor come around within 5 days on a bank holiday Monday who provided us with various quotes and who was great (beleive his name was Ben)! He managed to book us was in for 2 days after due to some cancellations which worked great for us! We went for the middle section of our loft and some truss shelves providing about 15m2 of storage and that came to 950 pounds which I thought was very reasonable given the reviews and quality of workman ship. The fitter was also amazing and completed the work in good time while also respecting the property and being polite. It's a 10/10 for me 😁

From start to finish, InstaLoft were professional and helpful. The surveyor explained exactly what we needed and didn’t try to over-sell us. In fact, he told us that we DIDN’T need some of the things we had asked for in order to save us spending money on something which proved unnecessary. That definitely earned our trust. Our fitters, Owen, Taz, and Tom were also lovely and professional. They sent us a text on the day of the fitting to let us know their ETA. They were very polite, showed us how everything worked following the install, and left the place clean and tidy. The state of the loft is immaculate, and we’re very happy with the final product. Even the office ladies were prompt. When our fitting had to be changed due to a mistake with the initial survey, I had a phone call within an hour to arrange refunding us for the difference in price. From quote to installation these guys were amazing. At first we were just exploring how much it would cost to have work done on our enormous roof space. The guy who gave us the quote gave us some options from the whole space to half the space and walked us through what to expect. The price was so reasonable we just went ahead and booked it. A week later the installers arrived, respectfully putting down dust sheets on the floor where they were working, 5 hours of banging and drilling later and we had a widened access hatch, new extendable loft ladder and the required amount of boarding complete. The whole process has been super-easy and every person I've spoken to at the company has been mega-professional and friendly. They've also been super-clear about what we're buying and how much it would cost. When the installers finished they walked us through how to operate the hatch and ladder. All-in-all if you want loft storage I couldn't recommend these guys for the job more highly.

Discussed options with Instaloft surveyor who was extremely helpful and explained what was and wasn't feasible with regard to improving the insulation and access to my loft (the orientation of the existing loft hatch is far from ideal). From initial inquiry, coming out to quote and coming out to do the installation today. Everyone that we have spoken to at Instaloft has been fantastic. We had Danar and Jamie out today to the the work and they were polite and very welcoming. I loved the fact they were open and honest and even said Jamie had only been with the company and month but was loving it. Had a fitting from INSTALOFT today 22/04/2022 = Boarding, Shelves, Ladder @ Light fitting. The guys Sam Sheppherd & Anthony Smallman turned up and were very punctual as promised. The friendliness and professionalism and hard grafting workmanship from these 2 guys was 2nd to none. They explained everything before leaving & how to use pull down ladders etc. It’s not often in this day and age people give thanks, but I would personally like to say a massive thanks to these two hard working lads. They left my house spottless and clean when they left. The wife will be happy lol 🙂 The electrician was brilliant as well not sure of his name but did a great job, very friendly as well. An absolute credit to your company INSTALOFT. 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service from start to finish. I will highly recommend INSTALOFT and these 2 lads. We had loft boards fitted for storage. We had a light and switch fitted too. Perfect for our new build as the system utilised was above the insulation layers. The chaps that quoted and installed were great. The finance team were very helpful. Some before and after photos of the installation carried out by Instaloft for us on Monday 14th December near Stoke By Clare in Suffolk. Kevin & Connah were very professional, protecting all areas of the house they were accessing, and observing all COVID safety rules while they replaced the hatch / ladder, removed and took away the old flooring, replaced the old lighting, laid new insulation and a raised floor in our large loft. We were so happy we have asked them back to install thermal insulation to the rafters next week, which will be the icing on the cake to make this a really useful storage space all year round. Thanks guys - can't recommend you enough. 🙂

They are most definitely not the cheapest on the market, but they are so professional and caring. had to rearrange my install about 6 or 7 times and every single time they did not ask any questions and just pushed back the install date honouring the original quote. The customer service is beyond any i have seen, from getting the quote done, explaining the details and not even trying to oversell which i know several sales people do. They actually proposed a smaller area so we could save some money. The install day was without any surprise and the engineers even call you in advance to tell when they are arriving. They left the place as clean (if not cleaner) they when they started. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Instaloft, especially to Kieran and the other 2 installers.

100% recommended company. They are very professional from the first contact to the installation. Our surveyor, Antony, agreed to come to check our loft on a bank holiday, since we couldnt do on weekly days due to work obligations. He was very polite and kind, replying all our questions and helping understand the process to board the loft, we made some changes on the quote and the items we wanted to add without any issues between the survey date and the installation date. Installation was relatively fast and clean, no mess around, social distance was kept all the time. Although my loft is not the best place due to its low roof configuration from the 70's, I can now access safely to it, and I have been able to get rid of old furniture in the house that I only used just to store things I didnt use everyday, these things are now up there. I feel it has been a wise decision to take, and would do again with these guys if I moved home in the future. In have no enough words to stress how good the customer service is.

Very happy with loft hatch and ladder will feel much safer going up there now, however mot one pers9n advised of the black dust!! Literally all over everything including all down the stairs to the bottom and in rooms!! If we would have know how much and black it would be we would have covered everything as the covers for stair and landing they brought were useless.

We contacted Instaloft as we needed a new loft hatch, ladder and additional insulation in addition to getting the loft boarded out. We had a great experience start to finish. We were visited by Charlotte to survey the loft. Lovely girl, she was very personable and professional. She surveyed the loft and sat down with us to go through the quote which we were very happy to go ahead with. A couple of weeks later the work began. Ian and John were the guys doing the install. Once again these guys were very professional and personable. They were here for 2 days doing the work and left the place clean and tidy. Once they finished the work they went through everything with me to make sure I was happy, which I was. We now have an excellent extra storage floor in our house. Highly recommend these guys. Did a good job and were reasonably priced too.

I had my loft boarded today by Taz and his 2 colleagues. I was extremely pleased with the service and how lovely the team were. Taz clearly explaining everything that they were doing today and double checked I was happy with this. Taz and his team were conscious on mot leaving leaving thr door open and you'd never have known they were there. They ensured they cleaned up after themselves and made sure to put sheets down so they didn't mark the carpet at all. They were lovely and interacted with my small child who was crawling about the house. Taz made sure to go through the loft installation with me and to show me clearly how the ladder worked and to show me the work completed. Overall I was so pleased with the work they have done, the loft looks fantastic and the quality of the work completed was amazing! Would highly recommend. As a note we are a new build and told we couldn't have our loft bordered due to the 10 year warranty but instaloft were able to board our loft without voiding our warranty.

From start to finish we received a fantastic service from Instaloft. On the day of the installation, Ryan and his colleague arrived promptly and explained everything they would be doing. They were extremely diligent and did a fantastic job all round, completing the fit in less than 4 hours - and on a very warm day! Instaloft came and installed some loft boarding in 2019 and we were so impressed we had them back in today (29 March '21) to extend the storage space to the entire loft. The fitters, Mike and Liam installed our loft boarding and they did a fantastic job. Very professional and hard working gentlemen, which is demonstrated by the end product. Used Instaloft to board the entire attic in our new build. Ian and John arrived promptly at 0800 over two days and quickly/efficiently put up the space. They put down plenty of protective material prior to them starting, were friendly and engaging throughout the process and took great pains to show us what they were doing and how our new loft ladder worked, as well as general information and safety tips once they were done. I had a local loft ladder installer come and quote to board my loft and put a ladder in, thinking the local installer would be cheaper. I was shocked at the price and was asked if I'd tried instaloft. I decided to give them a go, and glad I did. The surveyor came to quote the following week, and could quote there and then without any pressure. I was surprised to see the quote was a third less than the local installer! The work was carried out two weeks later to an incredibly high standard. Brandon and Michael arrived promptly and cracked on. They found an issue, meaning they couldn't board the total size that was quoted so the quote was reduced even further, which was superb, honesty is definitely valued! They finished the work to a very high standard and promptly, and showed me how the ladder and new hatch worked also. The company was recommended by a close friend and a neighbour who had both used the company. Our 1st experience of the company was excellent in terms of setting up the appointment, however it deteriorated when we met the sales person (G). whilst helpful, conversation was only to one (the wrong one) of the two adults in the room. He went to do the survey and after a near miss in which he appeared to have fallen off his ladder, (G) reappeared. (G) went into detail about what we could have, what he would recommend and the costs - Estimates received he left with us agreeing to call him... 24 hrs later the text messages and calls started.... My wife frankly found him a bit 'strange' and we decided not to proceed - Only to be greeted with further messages from him (did he used to sell Double Glazing??) In the end I had to block him on my phone. Roll forwards 6 weeks and we decided to do the loft, so rang Instaloft and they sent out an amazing young lady by the name of Charlotte - what a breath of fresh air.. Very professional , and interested in what we both had to say - Quotes sent and 24 hrs later we booked the work. Communications from the central office to book the work was faultless, with follow up emails to confirm a few days before and a call to confirm who was coming. (B) the installer rang on the day confirming his ETA and parked up outside - 15 minutes later he emerged from his van on the phone - grabbed a couple of dust sheets and came in - No Hello, introduction or anything - just the one sided chatter to his colleague about what he was looking to do that evening, the fact that he had problems changing an engine / gearbox on a car and the fact he wanted a return load for his recovery truck that evening so that he wasn't running upto pick up a car with the truck empty. Eventually he gets off the phone and told me who he was, and went to have a look at the loft. I explain to him what the surveyor had told us, to which the response was "Not happening" - By 1pm he claimed to have finished and he showed me his work, explaining the electrician had been called to another job (which to be fair he and the Head office had communicated earlier in the day) and he had finished. Issues at that point - floor was around 3m2 short of what had been agreed and was on plan... An offer to reduce the price ensued and I explained I wasnt happy with that. Complaining that he'd "have to cut a load of boards" he went back to work and at 2pm said he had completed the work - To be honest it was low quality and with his attitude, my wife & I decided to let him go and speak to Instaloft when he had left. A conversation ensued with Kelly at the Head Office (amazing lady !!), who immediately asked for photos of his work, including insecure trim, screws left on the floor which we narrowly avoided being eaten by our dogs/ trodden on by a toddler and a mess outside the house. Having seen the photos, Kelly took ownership of the problem and immediately arranged for another fitter (Robert) to attend the next day (which due to circumstances got moved back 24hrs). Robert came in and spent 3hrs fixing the job, and taking photos to demonstrate the poor work done by his colleague. Unlike his colleague he tidied up, swept the area, took away his rubbish and did a much tidier job. Head Office called to confirm we are happy and invoice paid in full. In terms of the finish product - brilliant! Excellent work completed from the company, and in particular the fitters Lee and Owen. Although it did take a little longer to initially have a quote finalized than we would have liked, once we did receive this the work was booked in quickly and was even brought forward due to a cancellation. Lee and Owen arrived on time and worked through the day without stopping to get the work completed. They continuously kept me updated with their progress and would show me what they were about to do (i.e., location of hatch, space to be boarded etc.) before they did it so that I could approve. Really valued this as in the past we have had work done with little consideration of what we actually want. A week on from the work myself and my partner are loving the extra storage we now have due to the boarding, and the loft hatch has been fitted so well and flush you would hardly notice it when entering the room. Really pleased with the work and efficiency of the fitters and would recommend the company. Yes it costs a little more than perhaps others would, but the standard of work is exemplary, and with a lifetime guarantee we don't have to worry about the work moving forward.

The two lads from Instaloft did a very good job in the loft however they did quite badly scratch my bedroom door with their ladder while they were climbing up and down. They did offer to come back another day and repair the door however I’d rather it just didn’t happen in the first place, so with regret I give them a 4-star rating. However, the job they did in the loft was first class and I would use them again.

Very professional, courteous and operated in a COVID secure manner with Art providing regular updates as progress was made. Also extremely tidy, dust sheets were laid out and vacuumed at the end of each day over what was a 2 day install period. Art made sure I was comfortable with how to operate the hatch and ladder and the team did a brilliant job on the raised floor boards. Had an issue with the hatch door post Art and his team leaving and contacted the office, within minutes I got a response from Rob and the team, who were extremely active in seeking out a remediation to the issue, and I was constantly kept updated by Rob, Curtis, Tina and the wider team. Start to finish great work all round. The guy who carried out the survey was really helpful, provided me with a couple of different quotes as the loft space is pretty large 45metre sq. office staff were nice and friendly, I'd say ignore the negative comments you may read. I did use the 12 months finance which was very easy to apply for and sort out with the office over a quick phone call. Install by Dan was really good, sent me a text half an hour before arriving and was very prompt to get to the house to start work. Not only was his work very good, he made sure the house was kept clean by using dust sheets and hoovering up afterwards. Electrian was probably in the house no more than 10 minutes to install the light whilst Dan was working. Highly recommend using Instaloft.

When Tony, the surveyor, came out I asked for two prices for a larger area and a smaller area but when I showed him the amount I needed to be stored he was very honest and said I would fit it all into the smaller area. Awesome company. We used them about 3 years ago to do our loft, new hatch and ladder in Birmingham and did a great job. Just moved over to Derby and needed the job doing again in a new house so went straight to InstaLoft again. Brilliant job yet again, super friendly team from the quote to the workmen. Can't recommend them highly enough. All done in a day, and super clean and tidy job. You wouldn't even know they'd been in! And if you're getting a new ladder fitted a little tip... Spend the extra hundred or so quid and go for the wooden ladder over the metal ones, they are WAY more sturdy and feel a lot more secure. We never had issue with the aluminium one in our first job, but they never felt that solid (to be exact they felt a bit wobbly!!) The timber ones are WAY better and definitely worth the extra cost if you're up there more than every few months.

We had an assessment done about 2 months ago and a quote was provided on the spot. Once agreed a date was booked in. One week prior we got a call confirming the installation and what to expect on the day. Today Charlie and John came at the agreed time and worked through the next 5.5 hours. There was a reasonable amount as noise as expected but the work was not disruptive. At the end, Charlie demonstrated how to operate the hatch and use the boarded up loft space. They cleaned up well and left everything neat and tidy. It is just amazing how much additional storage space has been created by Instaloft. I would highly recommend their services.

I had the surveyor visit to look at the loft, he recommended truss shelving, i also asked for two LED lighting strips. i got the quote there and then; which was excellent value for money. Mixed experience hence a middle of the road review at 3 stars. The chaps who came out did a great job in terms of the loft boarding and hatch itself and were nice guys. The company also allowed me to change the amount of boarding we had agreed once I'd noticed that the lights that had been fitted by the electrician would not have actually covered the area we had originally agreed to board - there was no pushback on this. The guys also saved me a bit of cash by taking away some waste I had in the front garden. However, things didn't quite go to plan and the job took place over 2 days because I had a lathe and plaster ceiling which was too unstable to install the metal hatch I had ordered. This wasn't a problem for me really as the company agreed to replace it (there was some back and forth between the guys doing the work and the company, but the price quoted is a fixed price and covers any plastering required) but my main frustration is that the room ceiling itself has ended up worse than when the job started despite it being replaced with new plasterboard. Filler was used rather than another coat of plaster to go up to the hatch to fix an uneven ceiling. I was asked if I wanted this but I felt that the choice at the time was filler or an uneven gap between the ceiling and hatch, and in hindsight I would have preferred the company to send a plasterer back again to do another coat so that a better finish was achieved. I think that perhaps if the job hadn't already spanned 2 days and been more complicated than first envisaged, the company might have offered this. The other thing I'd add is that all of my tile grouting in the bathroom was dirty afterwards and it was an absolute nightmare to clean off and probably still doesn't look as white as it did before.

We have received written confirmation, text messages and courtesy calls throughout our project. I've asked lots of questions, and they all been answered. They were prompt in their arrival, adhered to COVID guidelines, brought their own dust sheets, checked everything with us before carrying out the job and were polite and courteous at all times. Danar was delivering on site training during our project being completed and it's great to see knowledge being transferred in this way and the company investing in developing employees. The job took less time than we thought it would and we believe this is due to the efficiency of Danar and James and their diligent work. Jason and Dan came to our house last week to board our loft and install a ladder. In a new build house, we were advised not to use the loft space as it wasn't safe but the guys have made it perfectly usable. It was explained to us before the installation that the boards would be elevated so they didn't affect the insulation and they have clearly done a fab job, also fitting a ladder that pulls down without us even having to change our loft hatch which we had expected as it is quite small and plastic. They were on time and kept us informed about their arrival, they kept distance from us when coming to the door and entering the property and were friendly and polite throughout. They ensured that the house was left clean and tidy, as if they had never been so we were really pleased to get some bits stored up there as soon as it was done without the worry of cleaning and tidying first. Very speedy installation, all fitters we have dealt with were all professional and down to earth gents. Had a few snagging issues from the initial fitting, nothing I would put down to the fitters, just small items. We are very grateful to the team at Instaloft who managed to find time between our completion and house move to get our attic boarded after we were let down by a rival firm. They had excellent communication throughout. The quote process and inspection was very thorough and we were given lots of choices with advice rather than sales patter. The system is really sturdy and most improtantly leaves a good air gap between insulation and flooring. The enlarged loft hatch makes getting into the loft so much easier. The light is nice and bright and the switch is easy to reach before you climb up through the hatch. The ladder supplied is securely mounted and the clips make it really easy to extend. It has made access to the loft much easier. We're really impressed by the company and will be recommending them to friends and colleagues.

Was a little hesitant to use instaloft at first as often larger companies work out very expensive however that was completely not the case. Excellent value for money and I have honestly never seen tradesmen work as hard as Curtis and Alex S, they arrived at 7:30am and didn't leave until 6:30pm having completed a two day job in a day to a really high quality. We contacted Instaloft for a quote to have our loft boarded and have the correct amount of insulation installed . Their surveyor Jordan came out, took all the measurements and managed to negotiate our very cluttered loft space. Jordan talked us through the options and costs simply based on square footage and materials. The process was simple and after agreeing the cost we went ahead and arranged a date for us to have the work done and pay deposits. Before the install we were contacted by Instaloft and talked through what would happen on the day and how the installers would follow Covid-19 rules. We had a text message on the installation day stating that Taz, Tom and Josh would arrive at 8:30am to start work. and true to their text they arrived on time and got straight to work. Taz introduced his team, explained the job, laid out dust sheets and got straight to it. Their work was excellent, a team of fitters that Instaloft can be proud of. They were polite and professional and diligently completed there jobs including cleaning up and vacuuming the hall stairs and landings. Taz , Josh and Tom have done a very professional job and transformed our loft space into a safe, insulated and useable storage space. Will definitely be recommending Instaloft to anyone in need of loft and insulation work.

Quality of work installed is not an issue, fitters very polite on the day. There seems to be an issue with communication and billing unfortunately. Surveyor came midweek and quoted for work. Which luckily was done on the Saturday.as a short notice install. Was quoted for 7.2 m x 1.9m run of boarding down centre and shelving in the eaves plus loft ladder and electrician. On the day the electrician wasn’t required and so was sent home and I was informed that my roof bracing would prevent the shelves being installed, I did suggest laying the equivalent cost of flooring down instead to keep the price the same but was told that they only had the materials for the job on the van but they might be able to put a ‘little bit extra’ on the end as a goodwill gesture for the short notice changes.I said the flooring alone at 14ish m2 was sufficient So I was happy to simply knock the cost down. With the electrician and shelving removed roughly £450 less than the original quote. I left for work at this point and left them with my partner to finish off. Come Monday and time to make payment and I’m informed they actually did lay an extra 6ish m2 of flooring (From somewhere) and that as the flooring is slightly more expensive than the shelving I should technically owe them money but they’d honour the original quote and charge me at shelving rates. This took me a bit by surprise so I agreed to it but after consideration decided that actually I wasn’t happy with this arrangement. I am now being told that I’ll need to make arrangements to be in to allow fitters to come and remove some of the flooring which should never have been fitted to begin with. *Edit* this has been dealt with promptly and professionally by all departments. To the companies credit. Many thanks, as mentioned the workmanship was never the problem and I appreciate these things do happen.

This was followed up by a home visit to view the loft and ascertain what I wanted, this was transparent with all options explored and a quote agreed that suited my needs. The man who did this was not pushy at all and genuinely wanted to understand what our needs were to work out what was best for us. A date was then set for the installation and the installer (Jason) cracked on and did it in a matter of hours. All along regular communication was maintained from the company, I had to do no chasing and everything was done as described. Service like that is hard to find, I wish them every success.

There was an issue that our insulation was too thick, they highlighted the issue then took steps to rectify. Well what can we say! Jon and Darna text this morning to let us know they would be at our property between 8/8.30am and they arrived on time, talked through the job before they started. They were really nice guys and even asked permission to use our bathroom. The work they carried out was second to none, and considering the heat they had to work through they have done an outstanding job, we are totally over the moon. They repositioned the loft hatch, re boarded and plastered the ceiling where the old hatch was. Moved our lighting around and lined the loft too. Gary and his team arrived promptly at 0830 with a call before arrival. Brilliant experience with Instaloft especially in the COVID-19 period. The quotation was very simply and explained everything. We decided to use Instaloft because it keeps the warranty on our new home and the price was less than we expected. They amended the quote as we needed and then installed. The installation was a couple of hours for the electrician (came the day before) and half a day for the loft system. They explained weight limits, how to use the ladder, the warranty and were very respectful during the entire process given that we are working from home and have pets. At all times they adhered to the COVID-19 rules and before leaving they cleaned everything they had touched, including the toilet even though they wore gloves. Can’t fault them in anyway, would highly recommend and to top it all we have gained the equivalent of a double garage in storage floor space, brilliant.

I had InstaLoft come and give me a quote on getting my loft boarded, install a ladder and install shelving and lighting. We have a pretty large loft and wanted it all boarded so wasn't expecting it to be cheap. However the price was very reasonable. The electrician came first and installed the lighting which he then came back to afterwards to add extra bulbs to make sure the whole loft was lit well. Very happy with that. The main loft was tackled a couple of days later and three fitters turned up to help as the job was large. They put dust sheets all up the stairs and were very respectful. The job was done in one day and I was very happy with the workmanship. Jake, Joe and Liam worked efficiently and professionally. The issue I have however was that when Jordan came to initially quote me I told him what I wanted and he went and measured and we agreed on a price. I didnt measure up and I had no reason to assume his measurements were wrong. I was left with no diagrams as to what they were going to install so I could look through when he had left. I spoke to Jordan a few days before the job to confirm what was going to be done and all seemed well. After the fitters left I noticed that they hadn't boarded up to where we agree. I rang up to mention this as I wasn't happy as they hadn't completed the flooring under the shelving on one side.... This meant I was missing about 8 meters of storage we had initially agreed within the quote (although for some reason it hadn't been measured for). After two-ing and throwing they eventually agreed to finish the job but I would have to pay a bit more. I wasn't happy about this as it's not what we had agreed. I was also told they would do this at a reduced rate as a 'goodwill gesture'. I believe it was ME offering the goodwill gesture as I was now paying more for a job that they had said they would do in the first place. To do this work they had to take up some of the flooring initially installed and use it again at a different angle... This has now left a finish to the flooring that wasn't as good as the initial work. All in all I'm happy that I've had my loft finished but not happy they didn't honour their original agreement. Over the passed couple of days we have had Taz & Tom from instaloft over to board our loft, fit a loft ladder and light. The end result looks amazing, we are very happy and looking forward to using the extra space. Taz & Tom were very professional, polite and respectful of our property. Got our loft boarding with shelving. Can’t be happier. So much more space! I can go crazy and just clutter all in 😂 So nice not to pay for a storage unit anymore! I was a bit worried because we just got the whole house done so was feeling very protective over the walls and floor and stairs, but guys didn’t make any damage to any of it. Would definitely recommend. And 30cm decrease in high is not as bad as you might think.

Absolutely THRILLED with the work carried out at ours over the last two days. Right from the visit from the surveyor Richard M F Tomkinson who didn’t push anything, just got up in to the loft, worked out the quote and gave us space to think (Gotta love a ‘ no pressure’ sale), to meeting the fitters, Dean ‘squared’, lovely chaps who arrived on time, cleared up after themselves to include wiping down everywhere they had touched, operated professionally and finished a cracking piece of work to give is an incredible new space for ultimate storage. I had no idea a task such as this was quite as structurally demanding as it is! Seeing the progress was fascinating. (I am sure I kept them going with tea and chocolate rosemary pots!) Absolutely LOVE our new loft space. Can’t wait to get all our ‘bits’ back up there. I sat up there for 20 minutes after the guys had left just to breathe in my new favourite room in the house 🙂 The price was very reasonable too.. I will recommend you to anyone who asks! Brilliant service from start to finish. Really acceptable quote for the job, & kept informed via email. On fitting day, 2 very polite workmen (Danar & Jamie) arrived. Very prompt as they had kept us informed of arrival time. Very clean & tidy & respectable to surrounding area. All carpet covered to keep any mess to a minimum. All surfaces vacuumed & wiped down with hygiene wipes on completion of job. Due to COVID both kept to government advice, only approached if necessary, wore masks & regularly used hand sanitizer. Exceptional workmen representing the company, well done ,10/10.

Dean & Dean or "Dean squared" have finished boarding our loft, fitting a Velux window and installing ladders today!! 2 days. 2 men. What a fab job! Both Me and Lee are impressed and thrilled with the new space that has been created. Both Dean's were friendly, chatty men who have a good laugh. They worked NON STOP. Very efficient and talented in the work they do. Instaloft should be proud to have them both on board providing such a good service. professional from the start. after enquiring a surveyor came out a week or so later to measure and check the loft over. I was sent a quote as soon as she was finished before she even left. I was then able to pay the 10 percent deposit and progress my finance application online which was really simple. a few weeks later a friendly chap named Rob arrived. he'd text me 30 mins before to give an ETA which was appreciated. appreciate he had to work alone during the current lockdown, wore his face mask and was very professional. Robert finished the job very promptly. once finished he allowed me to go up and inspect his work. he demonstrated how the ladder pulled down and how to store it away when finished afterwards. all the mess was taken away and or hoovered up. it's been a really seamless process from the survey, to payment and finally to installation and i would highly recommend instaloft to install raised flooring in your new build property thanks again Robert for your great workmanship.

Contacted Insta loft they came over did a quote for a tube light new custom hatch plastered up the old hatch and added Wooden ladders 4 parts and 30sm raised boarding, very pleasant visit, the price was way over my budget, several options then came through to ease that budget, in the end i wanted to pay CASH, the quote was then lowered as we discussed more options, we arranged a fitting date, upon fitting the guys who came in were polite and friendly, they layered dust sheets down across my home to keep it tidy, all work had been completed relatively quick, 10am to 4:30pm. they had showed us all work completed and what a GREAT standard it is, everything looks as it should feels as it should, the ladders are great we went with wooden one's they demonstrated how this all works with us, the Electrician put in a tube light very simple and clean looking very smart. He even had fixed a light switch for me that was dodgy in the bedroom FOR NOTHING. the craftsmanship is top the service is top from the office to the quote right through the build and to the end. I found insta loft easy to work with from start to finish no hassle no hard sales just excellence, and fantastic honest service, no squeaks in the boarding my new loft looks BRAND NEW for a home built in 1980's everything cleaned up before they left. fantastic would recommend to anyone and everyone. very professional thank you.
