We purchased a house in Appleton that needed a complete renovation. Eden and Maguire undertook all works, including complete re-plaster, re-wire, new kitchen and bathroom, new staircase, new windows throughout, new roof as well as a wrap around extension. We were really happy with everything that was done and apart from a couple of issues everything went smoothly and the work was completed between September and the beginning of February, which was quicker than we anticipated. The standard of work was good throughout the project and any questions we had were always answered. They were also very accommodating to any changes that we wished to make. We would have no issues with recommending Eden and Maguire to family and friends and we have already had them back to carry out a garden project including paving and fencing.

We are nearing the end of our second extension and complete house refurbishment projects with Eden and Maguire. We refurbish and rent out properties so require accurate quotes and timely completion of our jobs and Eden and Maguire have been excellent in both cases. Any alterations or issues on site have been dealt with quickly and cost effectively and I'm very happy with the end result. Just coming to the end of our extension and downstairs refurbishment completed by Eden and McGuire and we are over the moon with the results. All the workmen have been so professional and tidy. We cannot fault any of their work, They always park considerately and if there wasn’t a skip on the drive no one would know they were here.
