We had our Conservatory roof changed to a tapco tiled roof Very happy with the work from start to finish. Professional, tidy and polite. Some urgent work was needed on flat roof leakages. Rob McGuinness visited within one day to assess the task, and 24 hours later had offered a fully cost-bound quotation for the work. The Warrington Roofing team completed the works over a weekend, aware of the need for urgency, in order to support us, and in difficult, extreme weather conditions. The company were busy and so we had to book them well in advance, but they turned up on the exact day they had said five months earlier, not something you can always expect from tradesmen :-) Really friendly, work done quickly and without hassle, cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed by the standard of service provided by Warrington Roofing. Having contacted the company by phone, Rob arrived the house at the agreed time and discussed with me the two options available regarding repair of the roof. A couple of days later Rob e-mailed me written quotes for the two options and after deciding on the dry verge, a date for installation was agreed. A couple of days before the date of installation I received an e-mail informing me that they would be at the house at 8.00am to start the job - Sure enough they arrived bang on time. Excellent all round! Look no further for an excellent, professional, reliable roofing team. Rob called at the scheduled time to carry out an assessment of the roof damage, and removed loose tiles to avoid them falling off. He explained the damage and the required repair work (provided a detailed quotation), and gave a date on which he would do a temporary fix (to stop leaks) and one on which he would do the permanent repair work. Rob and his team arrived each time on time, told me what they were doing , got on with the work, and left the area tidy. I highly recommend Warrington Roofing, a credit to their profession.

We have just had our conservatory glass roof replaced with a fully insulated tiled roof. We cannot be more pleased with the result. Rob and the team did a magnificent job. The roof was a large roof and we were nervous about having it done as we had a wooden floor. The guys understood our concern and assured us that they would protect the floor which they did. In brief; Look no further for an assured, competent, end to end service! It was a big decision for us and this required the right set of people to be able to deliver what we needed. Rob and the team were simply professional. The timeliness of the visit for quotation, the return of the quote and breakdown (which was very reasonable indeed) preparation work, roof removal and replacement which included a set of Velux's and all round replacement of gutters and down pipes and application of soffits and fascia's was exceptional. I contacted Warrington Roofing Ltd., to have a look at my roofing problem. Robert McGuinness visited me the next day to explain the work required to correct my problem. I did obtain three other quotes for this work and Warrington Roofing were not the lowest price for the work. However, I was impressed by Robert McGuinness' professional approach and his full explanation. The date and time for the work to commence was agreed and they arrived prompt on the due day.
