Got some windows installed and was satisfied with the work done by kyle and his team, especially Ian who was professional and detail-oriented throughout the process. They were responsive and friendly, and even went one step further to replace some broken tiles with the ones removed for the velux. Overall, great work!

Unbelievable transformation of my property with a single story extension adding space for my family. Couldn't thank Kyle, Gaz and the rest of the team enough for the professionalism. Can not fault the quality of the end product the guys did a brilliant job and the standard of work was absolutely fantastic! Most of the individual tradesmen would be highly recommend including the plumber, spark, brick layers and kitchen fitter who were all friendly, clean and hard working! The price of the work was worth it for the management of the project as we had serval tradesmen working throughout the project. Communication with Kyle and Gaz was generally spot on with regular calls and updates and both being available to speak to pretty much whenever needed. The reason I can't give this job a 5 star (which the end product is certainly worthy of) was due to the delays. We were left without a working kitchen for a number of weeks due to a delay with the plasterer and several other hiccups along the way. The was compounded when our new kitchen arrived and filled the space we had available. While the company did offer a small gesture towards the delay, ultimately for the cost of the work, we did not expect such a long delay which was a massive inconvenience with a family of 4 with two small children. Originally we were told 2-3 weeks and when work started in the 2nd week of March we were told all work would definitely be completed before our wedding on 28th April which was perfect and would allow us to celebrate. Disappointingly the work didn't finish until May 11th! While we completely appreciate managing several different tradesmen can be very difficult and challenges do happen, this definitely took the shine off the excellent end product! Special mention to Ian the kitchen fitter and Brandon the plumber, both went above and beyond to get the product finished!

Really enjoyed working with Kyle and his team, they are friendly, they care and did a great job with my HMO! They treated my property as their own and kept me in the loop on everything. They made sure to get things done right even when there was complications with certain jobs due to taking over from another contractor. I highly recommend Xtrs especially because they are trustworthy and in constant communication with you. Thanks very much again Xtrs!
