C. D.Alex I feel that we must respond to your comments. It is true that the work was not up to our usual standard however this was rectified immediately and by way of compensation we carried out additional plastering works free of charge. We did not walk away from our responsibilities we acted immediately. The time factor you mention was because you were unable to decide on what works to undertake and you changed the dates numerous times before and during the works. The works themselves did not take the time you have stated. As you are aware the floors had holes in them, covered by carpets, and when one of technicians nearly fell through you blamed us and wanted us to renew the floor free of charge which we refused to do. We must refute your accusation that we were rude to you , when you know this is not the case and in fact our interaction with each other was amicable and payment was made in full on completion of works. As a company of 61 years we value our customers and endeavor to carry out works within a normal time scale and to a high standard and we would refer you to our Testimonials on our website from satisfied customers.

K.Writing this review 3 months after the work was completed and have to say we have nothing but praise for them - starting from the detailed survey and report before work began, the professional (and friendly) workmen who did the initial demolition, the plaster work and the damp cure treatment.They took great care to cover any furniture left in the rooms where the works were carried out and left everything clean and tidy. The surveyor Harry was always happy to give advice and never avoided a phone call.

We had a significant amount of work to complete, however the process was made as easy as possible due to the flexibility of DCWC to cover all the services we needed into our quote, including (for instance) organising the plumber for removal and refit of toilet, sink and all radiators. Harry was very knowledgeable and professional during his survey, and provided advice in response to each of the queries we had with our new home.
We did experience a problem as a result of some miscommunication, however this was resolved fairly, and shows that the company is trustworthy and customer friendly in its operation.
I have been very happy with the care and customer service, the works were completed with minimum disruption and to a good standard. I would use DampCureWoodCure /30 again, and recommend them to others.

A.Wonderful company. We had DW/30 in during much of our house renovation for various jobs within our property. The staff were lovely and knowledgeable, we were kept updated at every stage and the men always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day.
