With the support of Langley Construction Consultants, our business has been able to grow into undertaking considerably larger schemes, through their wealth of knowledge and experience within the construction industry. We have heavily relied on all aspects of what the practice can offer, spearheaded by Managing Director Paul Dean. Utilising the Estimating, PQS, Commercial Management and dispute resolution abilities of LCC, we have achieved exponential growth whilst fully understanding our commercial positions on projects and as a company. LCC have assisted in the creation of robust systems of commercial management that as Managing Director I have found to be an invaluable tool when assessing the financial health of our projects, managing cashflow, and truly understanding contractual obligations from first principles of agreeing contract terms to when we have had the unfortunate situation of having to pursue bad debt. A great service, and a truly honorable and diligent company to be working with. I would highly recommend LCC to contemporaries and clients alike.
