First Class Design and Build: From start to finish both Paul and Simon were consummate professionals. The quality of work, attention to detail, advice and support, time-keeping and general communication were excellent. They are also extremely tidy ! Nothing was too much trouble – a change in design was incorporated without fuss. Lane Row’s main USP is the insulation benefits of using Structured Insulated Panels (SIPs) for the whole building (walls, floor and roof). Do not expect speedy service. They take an enormous amount of pride in their work and are perfectionists. They also have other responsibilities so do not work long days, usually 0830 to 1600. A very pleasant experience and the result was fantastic. Definitely a case of “you get what you pay for”. Highly recommended.

We contracted LaneRow to build us a large garden room. They are really nice people and were an excellent company to deal with on so many levels. I designed the building myself in a 3D design program which they took and checked over before preparing it for manufacturing. They were happy to work with me this way but equally could have designed it for me from scratch. We discussed every aspect in great detail before committing and this gave me the confidence to go ahead with the project. Communication was very good throughout, once on site they always kept to their timeframe and were totally reliable. I now have a bespoke garden room that I am absolutely delighted with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others

We wanted a garden room as part of makeover of our garden. Paul and Simon from Lanerow were excellent from start to finish. They helped us every step of the way from design decisions, electrics, lights, decoration, etc. The garden room is built from SIPs , to ensure good insulation and Paul and Simon are extremely conscientious, taking great pride in their work, which shows in the end result. We are extremely happy with the end result of a multi use room, built to a very hight standard , which we can use all year round. Paul and Simon are very knowledgable, friendly and hard working and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys!

If you want a garden room with a top quality finish, configured to your exact needs and built to last many, many years then these are you guys. Simon and Paul take a very measured, detailed approach to building garden rooms out of SiPs panels, using carefully selected suppliers and in consultation with you from start to finish to make sure it is perfect. They take pride in their product and this shows. I had my room built over winter which was a challenge but they worked through almost all weather conditions to keep progress up and despite some supplier delays due to Brexit managed to complete in good time. Very happy, a multifunctional room that can be used all year round and is an investment that will pay back if I sell the house. On top of it all they are lovely people too! Highly recommend!

We wanted a garden music room, including for sax, which tends to be quite loud. The process, from design through quotation to execution was transparent and Simon and Paul took great care to ensure it met what we were looking for. The building is based on SIP panels, with attractive cladding on the outside and layers of sound insulation inside. The whole project was carried out to a very high standard and delighted with the result - a great space to spend hours and hours playing. Would recommend without hesitation.

Their subbies are also first class and share their amazing ethos.The other thing we want to say is that if you are umming and ahing about whether to get a garden office- just do it! Lanerow put up a garden room for us this summer. They are proper engineers, which meant that any questions and issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. We could see this right from the planning stage, where their lead engineer produced a model of our building on his laptop, making changes in real time for us to view in 3D. This really made it easy to see what we were getting. They use SIPs (structural insulated panels), which go up really quickly and are super insulated for year-round use (we're finding that we can heat the 20 square metre room very effectively with a small electric heater). The build took about three weeks to go from preparing the site to having a habitable room. The result is that our garden room is actually the most comfortable in the house, being larger, lighter and warmer than our living room!
