N. A.We used Andy's business to make some much needed improvements to our home. New stairs were installed, as well as reversing them. We had minor alterations to walls being knocked out and some being built. Aside from modernising parts of the interior and creating flow, we went from a three bedroom house to a four bedroom house. We are over the moon with the work and changes made.
I'm thrilled to say all tradesmen were a pleasure to deal with, respectful and super clean. Andy was fantastic with communication, all interactions and making sure we were on the same page, as well as coming up with some solutions to improve our home.

L. L.Andy Gunner of RDAB is a gentleman builder, very courteous and open in his style. The project involved major structural work with steel beams, new foundations to take pillars and ornate Stone cladding, hallway extension with matching brickwork style to maintain continuity, etc. At every stage, they checked with us to make sure we were entirely happy with the work and direction they were taking. They also suggested improvements in the build. The workmanship was excellent. RDAB employs a team of specialist trades that we found were all of a high standard and keen to please. They were very reliable and tidy. They stuck to their quote for the project, and where we made changes to the quoted plan, his charges were very fair. We would highly recommend RDAB as an honest, quality building contractor that works with you to achieve your desired result.
