A superb level of customer service from Sandie, she is immediately responsive and understood our requirements for flood defences, having been totally devastated on our whole ground floor in July 2019. We have installed The Nautilus 400 flood barrier system at 4 x doors and 1 x front gate which integrates well with the right colour choices - an important extra to consider when you live with them every day. We went belt and braces on post heights heights but we hardly notice them now. Great job Lance and his colleague who did the install, I'm about as fussy as they come for a customer. Not tested in anger yet, and hope we never have to; but so glad we can rest easier. Amanda and Ian.

FloodStop has been an excellent company to work with. Sandie has been extremely helpful, offering great advice and communicating clearly throughout the process. Lance and Jeff, who came to fit the flood barriers, worked conscientiously and carefully, leaving a neat, tidy completed job. Lance gave us a helpful, practical "lesson" on fitting the barriers, which we then put into practice when we went away recently, as there were yellow warnings for storms in our area. As it happened, they were not needed, but it was a good trial run and meant that we made sure that we could do it if we needed to!

When you are spending thousands of pounds on a product that is designed to flood proof your property, having recently suffered such a traumatic event, you have to get it right. You have to trust the product and the company who install it. I think an extract of an email I sent to Flood Stop will explain why above all similar companies, I chose them. The install of the three Nautilus 400 flood barrier system was perfect. Lance did a great job and is very knowledgeable in the flood proofing field. He has given me some sound advice not only about the barriers but also on drainage of both surface and foul water from my property during a flood event. Lance recommended specific non return valves and sump pumps to manage any potential breach of the drainage network. Thank you once again Sandie for all your regular, thorough, efficient and friendly correspondence. I have researched so many products but the Nautilus system Flood Stop supply’s is quality with excellent test tank results to back up the product. I have contacted about 10 flood product companies and along with your competitive pricing, and your knowledgeable installer Lance, I have to say that how you have engaged with me from day one, has made you stand out from the crowd. It is refreshing to do business with someone who is passionate about what they do, has excellent product knowledge and who ensures the client has every bit of product information so that an informed decision can be made. Really happy with the service provided by Sandie, Lance, and the team at Floodstop. At every step of the process they were really helpful and knowledgeable. We had flood resilience works completed on our family home, and the work carried out was to a very high standard. Even after installation, we were given a full demonstration on how to operate all of the equipment, as well as a full booklet for us to refer to at a later date. We can finally sleep well at night knowing that our home is fully protected from flooding, thanks to the work these guys have carried out.

Having trawled the market I chose this company because the products they offered were appropriate for my needs. I have outward opening doors and the Nautilus 400 works in this environment. I found the company extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting the right product and the preparation needed before installation could commence. I was even able to speak with their fitter, Lance, who gave me sound advice on the products needed and the process of installing the flood protection.. Having taken delivery of the products my confidence was reinforced, sturdy and very well engineered. I installed these myself for four doors, one being a pair of garden room doors. The instructions for installation were perfect. They are fitted, water tight and I am have to say the, very pleased. Well done Bob and of course Floodstop. It was not difficult, my only stress was 'what if I got it wrong?' Let's hope I don't need to use them in anger! So to speak. All round a fantastic service, product and I feel safe. I won't bother building the big boat.

Living next to the River Severn and knowing the potential of how badly our property can flood, I was very conscious of getting the right flood protection. After speaking with and obtaining several quotations from different companies, I decided on Floodstop. Several reasons but the main one was Sandie's attitude and professionalism in making sure our concerns were taking into consideration and not just offered the most expensive package. Sandie sent Lance round to us to review what we had discussed and wow, what a guy. Not only did he know what he was talking about, he made several alterations to improve my plans but his attitude and workmanship were outstanding! We are now fully defended with Floodstop still keen to make sure we are OK after each flood - amazing customer service. I really can't recommend this company enough... If you want peace of mind, a highly professional and competent flood defence system with fantastic customer service and superb staff, then give them a call. Hi Sandie Just to say a big thank you for all your help and advice. We had many questions, swapping loads of emails and you helped and advised with everything, nothing was too much trouble for you and we are very grateful. I am glad we chose your company for the barriers, very robust, we feel safe and secure with these in place. Let's hope we never need them, with the new wall which Jim built and Floodstop Nautilus fitted both to the front door and the entrance in the wall around the rear of our cottage we will be protected should another tidal surge ever happen. Just installed the first 14 of 23 barriers and I can only say a massive thank you to Sandie for the fantastic service, nothing has been too much trouble from the very first inquiry to the final delivery she has been there on the end of the phone seven days a week! When I have installed the rest I will be uploading some photos, fantastic product with a five star service!
