m. w.Thanks to Jamie at Marcher Stone for the excellent Headstone for our Dad, Leonard Williams, my Dad was from Pant Hill in Rhos so we chose Marcher Stone to keep it local.
The communication and help from Jamie was second to none and as you can see by the finished result we as a family were proud to have this Headstone to commemorate his life.
A passionate singer throughout the Wrexham area we chose a photo that was etched into the stone to give anyone who sees it an idea of how we will always remember him. Thanks again Jamie and Marcher Stone for making this experience so much easier for us. Highly recommended.
M. D.Jamie was such an easy person to deal with. He answered every email immediately, whereas other places kept me hanging on, sometimes not even bothering to answer. He made everything so easy, I only had to visit him on the day I placed the order and the day I went to pay him. He sorted everything out for me. The headstone is absolutely beautiful, it replaces an older one that had been on the grave since my dad died in 1965. I can't praise Jamie enough and would not hesitate to recommend him. j. h.Our family suffered the very sad loss of a loved one during covid-19, which made the timing even harder due to all restrictions in place. As a result all arrangements and details for the headstone had to be arranged remotely. Jamie, of Paul Davies Monuments, was an absolute professional throughout bringing such relief at a difficult time. He took all instructions via email, sent through proofs, arranged every aspect of materials and engraving, planning and erecting the finished product, all in a timely manner just as family hoped for. A thoroughly professional and efficient service from start to finish at an extremely difficult time, not just attributed to our loss, but every aspect of arranging a headstone during covid-19 restrictions. M. U.Before going to Paul Davies Memorials we visited another couple of memorial shops only to find them unhelpful and not the friendliest. When my mum and I called into Paul Davies Memorials we found Jamie to be friendly, professional, polite, patient and compassionate at such a difficult time. He advised us on headstones and kept us updated on progress. Prices were clear and fair too. On visiting my brother's grave we were all pleased with the finished result and standard of his work. We chose black granite with a white lily running down one side. We also received a follow up email asking if we are happy and if everything was ok with the headstone.
