After discovering a leak in the roof of our barn conversion we employed JR Property Maintenance to fit new breathable roofing membrane, battens, tiles and lead valleys to part of our property. They did an excellent job and the workmen were tidy, trustworthy and friendly. It turned out that we needed a new Velux window as well, and they fitted one, together with a blind in addition to the work we agreed. Given the issues with supply of materials in 2022 the job did take longer than first anticipated, but the re were no unexplained delays. We are very happy with their work and would employ them again with confidence. Their prices are fair and the original quote we were given was adhered to.

From start to finish, a very professional job done. I really liked the fact that they showed me exactly what the problem was by way of videoing the roof. Then, throughout the job I kept being sent photos of the work done before and after. All the work was done within the time scale. Thank you.

We would have no problems at all recommending this company. Very nice and friendly guy . No job too big or small for him. He came to clean my gutters very quickly. Then he notice my Kitchen roof needed rebeding so he complete that task. Some fence panels fell down with the wind so he put news ones in and fixed it for me. He also took out some trees in the garden. He’s been very helpful to me.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - they did a fantastic job of installing new facials, soffits and guttering and carried out a thorough repair to the roof. They were very courteous, turned up on time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was happy throughout all stages of the work process and I’m very pleased with the results.
