I needed a quick bespoke print run for a wedding stationery job I had to turnaround under tight deadline. My usual online printers did not offer the flexibility and budget I required. I decided to try this local printers. From the way they answered my first phone call, advising me on alternative ways to present the artwork, to the service I got when I attend in-person, the customer service fantastic. And the price was well within my budget. I will definitely use again and again... and, of course recommend. 28 Feb 2022: Update on my previous review: prompt and quality service.

All the team at Fidelity were really helpful in helping us design and print the invitations for our wedding including making suggestions as to what we could print and what also will be needed for the big day. Fantastic small local business. Very personal approach, always go extra mile for their customers. Extremely quick turnaround (small jobs in a matter of an hour or so). It is not the cheapest option sometimes (though some products are much cheaper than even big companies), but you get the quality, individual approach and very quick execution. I was doing urgent print job and very unusual scanning job with them. Both jobs were done in about an hour and executed to the highest possible standards. I will definitely go back to Fidelity Print. If you are in or around Bedford, and you need any design, scan or print job (no matter how complex), talk to Fidelity, they will find a solution for you.

Emily was great at getting my little ones designs printed for his birthday. Everything was ready same-day, which was fantastic, I emailed everything across to the team and they did the rest. Amazing experience with Fidelity on Monday - had a nightmare trying to print our save the dates onto hammered 300gsm card using our home printer. These guys replied (on a Sunday!!) to say pop by on Monday, and half hour had my save the dates printed on the card I’d already chosen. Amazing 5* service, incredibly reasonably priced, honestly can’t thank them enough!

Excellent customer service via email, quick printing, and friendly staff that took the time to explain/discuss printing colour profiles. It’s really great to have professional/commercial services for small, non commercial, print jobs at a very reasonable price. Digital artists that worry about getting their art printed correctly should definitely email fidelity print, as their services are much better than some other online printing companies (that will remain unnamed). I would definitely recommend them :)

I only need to use one word to describe this company, Quality. Quality Artwork, Quality Service, Quality printing, Quality prices. Emailed Fidelity with a specific printing request. My query was picked up promptly and responded to. I collected my printed material only about 24 hours later. This was in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic. Excellent service and excellent product. Will use again without a doubt. More than happy to recommend.
