Highly recommend this printer. I've had 3 different books printed with them and each time Dale has been really helpful and the turnaround for books and proofs has been very quick and to schedule or better. The colours are spot on for my illustrations and the quality of the books is superb, especially the matt velvety finish on the covers, so nice! You don't have to know exactly what you're doing, which is great, because I definitely don't, and Dale has been happy to answer questions and they also have helpful information on their website and I've been able to correct mistakes I've spotted on proofs etc without big problems! I'm happy to have the option of a high quality book with a small print run (I've only ever ordered under 100 copies at a time) so I'm not risking too much money at a time, and still able to keep the books cost effective. 😁

I've used four different well known companies for self-publishing my books over the past ten years and Print2Demand has been by far the best of the lot in terms of quality, service and price. I had a few technical issues with the cover and manuscript I submitted, which were beyond my capability to resolve, and they fixed them very quickly for me. The books were well packaged and protected for despatch to ensure there was no damage. In terms of quality I am delighted with the professional appearance of the books - really difficult to perceive any difference from those in bookshops from mainstream publishers. For my book I checked a couple of sites and Print2Demand was the cheapest, particularly when the price included bookwove paper and matt cover; I would recommend these options even though they cost slightly more than plain white paper and a glossy cover. Their helpful guide on self publishing, including samples of the various paper options, convinced me I had picked the right company for the job. First thing that brought me to their service was the ease of getting a quote online, with every parameter such as page number, size, copies, colour etc. factored into the costing. The book was printed from a PDF-to-print and the team handled it very well. Their communication via phone and email was very good. The final production was very good - colour correction, print quality and binding quality, and copies were sent very nicely. I would print my books again.
