The team at Colprint were brilliant from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help produce our wedding invitations and communicated with us throughout the process. The finished product was delivered on time & looks amazing! We would highly recommend!

What can I say? Just brilliant! I published my first book last week and Colprint went above and beyond to make my experience more than perfect. Lesley Preston was helpful, knowledgable, professional and friendly and the results just knocked me off my feet. Outstanding service! Colprint have helped me out twice now when faced with an incredibly tight turnaround for A4 brochures for a conference. They were able to turn them around in a day and on both occasions the finished product was of an extremely high quality, especially given the turnaround times. They also printed some menus in a day when another printer had let us down, and again the finished product was excellent. Stuart and Lesley are both extremely helpful and very reassuring, especially when you're under pressure to deliver! I highly recommend Colprint and also want to say thanks for their help!

Really quick turnaround time and the finished product was really good quality. We needed catalogues for an exhibition and Colprint offered the most competitive price. They were happy to send out test prints before we placed our order so we get an idea of what the finished product would look like. Great support as well as they were in constant contact with us. Lesley from Colprint is an absolute star. I had been let down by another printer at the very last minute. I called Colprint at 10am for 500 x A4, 8 page brochures. Lesley assured me the job could be fitted in and by 5pm that day all brochures arrived at the exhibition directly to our stand! Wow! The customer service is second to none. Would highly recommend.

On a Friday afternoon, we were in desperate need of something to be printed by the following Monday. We were frantically googling for companies who might be able to do so but everyone's turnaround for next day delivery had an artwork submission deadline of 12pm at the latest. I called Colprint and spoke to Stuart who was extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone. He said they could have everything printed AND delivered to us by the end of the day. At 2pm, we couldn't see how we could have something ready for Monday and at 5pm, the finished product was sat in the office. It was also exactly what we wanted and of extremely high quality.

Before speaking to Lesley at Colprint yesterday I phoned 6 companies yesterday to get some banners printed. Speaking to their representatives on the 'phone would have been comedic if it was not completely frustrating. Their telephone manner was abrupt at best, and they sounded like they were all having major enthusiasm and motivation crises. They just weren't the kind of people that make you want to do business with them. Lesley from Colprint was different. She was efficient, fast-moving and customer-focused. She helped me out with the artwork, doing quite a bit of extra work for me, without complaint. The banners were ready when they said they would be (a rarity these days) and Lesley and here company were a pleasure to deal with. They are the stars of their profession.
