They received the document at 10pm on Thursday and hand delivered the finished manuals to my door at 10:30am on the Friday. Really created the wow factor and my clients were really impressed with the manual and referred to it as 'High calibre'. Will not hesitate to go back. Refreshing to see that there are still companies that go above and beyond to wow customers. Amazing.
