My order took nearly two weeks to arrive. At no point during ordering process was I told it would take that long/ item wasn't stocked - the item was to secure an internal door so was required urgently.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to ID Management Systems as our company need ID Card made we called the company with 48 hours they turned a job around so quick as other company do the same and we got told be 3 to 5 days turn around and the down was we only had 3 days and when told this to the MD of ID Management Systems as this was a last minute as we run fear play to them they came top as the company we used let us down and the time scales was not good for us as did states this to them but they did not wanted to know. I must say the customer service and customer support also the aftercare from ID Management Systems was great plus most of all speaking to the MD direct was nice for him to take this on board to help us out.
