I really wanted to make my own invites for my wedding but I knew it was a massive job and I had no idea where to start. I came across Pure Invitation and loved that I was able to order invitations that I could then build up. They have a great selection of designs, almost too many to choose from, the quality of the materials was excellent and was really good value for money. Loads of guests commented on how lovely the invites were. I ordered save the dates, invitations and cards with the seating arrangements. Everything arrived in good time. There was one slight issue with a name being missed out on the seating cards, however this issue was rectified very quickly with no issues whatsoever, customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Stunning invites, I was so impressed with how they turned out. The finished product was more elegant when they arrived, than the samples I recieved. The staff are also really helpful if you wish to make changes, the customer service time will go through everything with you before ordering to make sure your 100% happy. The only thing for me is the price; if your willing to pay the price (£££) I would 100% say order from here because you won't find anything better. Sooo happy with the wedding invites, I can nit express enough.

I've had a really good experience with Pure Invitation. I've ordered my wedding invitations, seating plan and table numbers from them so it all matches and they're beautiful! I've had so many compliments on the invitations. We had one hiccup where we were sent the same table number twice and one was missing. What can I say? So straightforward to order samples, so many lovely themes and colours to choose from and the quality is simply excellent. The process of ordering our invites was easy and we had great communication with the team. My only slight niggle is something I didn’t think of until we got our invites back, our RSVPs are printed on Navy card, I wish we’d gone for cream or white as few people will have a pen that works on navy card. Something to keep in mind when designing your invites!!

Very helpful and speedy service! We ordered the invitations early but delayed them for a few months which is another great part of the service that Pure Invitation provides. This gave us time to think of what we wanted on the invites and information cards. Once we had sent over the wording, the process of proofs, creating and sending was brilliant! The invites look great and are a very reasonable price. However, make sure you order well in advance as it look almost a month for all of the components to arrive (the team did answer my e-mails really quickly though). The main negative was this: We ordered 45 invites - the website instructs you to cut a '1m' length of twine per invite. This would mean they should have sent me 45 metres of twine. It didn't look like I had enough so I halved this amount and cut 50cm per invite. Even so, I only had enough twine to package 11 invites (5 if I had followed their instructions). I had to order more twine which led to a further delay in sending out our invites, and also additional cost on top of the 40p per invite we had already paid (so £13.60 worth of twine we had paid for was not provided).

Incredible customer service!! I placed my order and 48 hours later I received my proofs to look over which is so much faster than I would have expected. I had asked to have different colour cards for different parts of the invitations, all of which was done at no extra cost - I also asked if I could have a different belly band to the one that came with the invitation and was told this would be absolutely fine but what was fantastic is that the colleague that contacted me provided me with some details about the other belly band as they felt it might not work with the design and provided some alternative suggestions - they did all this with a "let me know your thoughts" which meant I felt under no pressure to make a decision either way and I was so touched by the personal level of service that this colleague gave! I cannot wait to receive my invitations, the samples I have received previously have all been of superb quality and I couldn't recommend this company enough!

I had left my invitations really late to order but I eventually found Pure Invitation and really liked the look of theirs. I received my first proof really fast and didn’t need to make any changes, they were perfect. From this point, I was taken aback at how quickly the invitations were received on my end.
