Order took longer than expected due to covid and staffing shortages, which was fine. Communication was good, emails were always answered. Now both my orders have come and are much better than I ever expected they would be. The clothing is great quality and the embroidery is fantastic. Will definitely use then again.

Really pleased with my first purchase from Eden Workwear, ordering process was straight forward and a good range of bundles to choose from. Colour choice was plentiful and support with logo upload etc was good. Embroidery quality was sharp and garments are of good quality and sizing was accurate. My question regarding delivery was answered promptly and I view the small delay in delivery as a sign the company are busy due to the good quality at very reasonable prices that they offer.

I had seen an advert through social media and thought why not - wasn't expecting much but was very surprised at what arrived. As a carpenter and working on my knees it was nice to receive extra long t shirts and they managed to get all the swirls within my logo. Only two negatives is that it took a while to arrive (2 months) but I understand that everyone is busy so increased demand and also it would have been nice to have a test logo sent through to show your logo - again I was worried how my logo would look. Overall I will be purchasing another bundle.

Just took delivery of my autumn bundle and I'm very pleased. Sizing is perfect, quality is spot on and the embroidery is 1st class. Took a bit longer to be delivered but with all that is going on in the world it can't be helped, customer services is great and response to email are quick. I will definitely be using Eden again and would recommend them to anyone.

I initially emailed a member of the sales team to check if I got a proof before clothing went to manufacture and got a reply saying yes I would, The proof came through with a W missing from our website address. I emailed back and had correspondence with Josh who amended the embroidery artwork to include the missing W and I then confirmed I was happy with the new artwork. Guess what !!!! The order arrives today missing the W off our website address but upon further correspondence Eden have apologised for the mistake and sent out a replacement item with correct artwork.

Got my order today after 34 days. Made contact with them about the order but kept getting excuses, so was not happy Now, OK the gear is top notch and the embroidery is good. So my complaint would be the deliver im affraid. Will I order again... I thought I'd say NO but I think they have come through offering real quality so its a yes from me. They get a 5 on quality and three for delivery issues and a 5 on price. So go ahead order as you won't be disappointed if they get the delivery right they get 5 star all the way.

Ordered my autumn bundle in January and had great constant communication with Rebecca. Informed her of me needing the workwear before I fly to Europe for work which would be exactly 14 working days from purchase date and she made it happen, received with 2 days to spare. There was a slight hiccup with my hoody size however this has been resolved very efficiently without any disagreement. Also, pleasantly surprised with the quality of the order, thank you.

Really impressed with the quality of the clothing, much better then I thought it would be, only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it took a lot longer to arrive then the 14 days they said it would it take after placing the order, it took over a month and did not receive any more emails to explain the delay, would I buy from here again? The quality and value is five star all the way. But the lead times really let them down. If they were just more honest in the initial order phase and advertising they do that it is around 6 weeks for delivery they would have far less stress and less bad reviews. The quality of the items and embroidery is unbelievable for the money. Where else could you get 5 tshirts a hoodie a beanie hat and bodywarmer all embroidered for £79 including delivery with no hidden vat or delivery charges. I'd have probably still ordered if they'd have given me an 8 week lead time. Telling me it would be 14 days is what cost them a 5 star review. All that being said I'm a very happy customer and 100% would recommend and order again

Can only be chuffed with my new uniform done an absolute brilliant job. I know there can be a bit of a wait but when you have big orders things do take time and you can only do what you can. My equipment arrived one day late, but I was updated by email. Very reasonable price, and the equipment that has arrived is very good quality. Spoke to the staff after my order was placed to make a change, and it was sorted and I was given confirmation within 30minutes. Ordered Polos, Tshirts, Gillet, Hoodie and Beanie (Winter Bundle) Very good kit for a decent price, will be buying again.

Very pleased! First time using so wasnt entirely sure what to expect, but at great prices and on the strength of facebook and Instagram we went for it. Glad I did. Great quality, embroidery is spot on and all at a very reasonable price! I have to say that the advertised 14 day delivery didnt quite happen but I wasnt surprised as the time of year we were ordering. Took about 5 weeks which is much quicker than Ive experienced from other companies in the past so overall Im very happy. Thank you!

Time wise wasn't great if your not in a rush it's OK. I wanted mine ASAP but waited over a month. But now they have arrived today. Definatly worth the wait! Ordered an autumn bundle from Eden workwear the website is very easy to order from and is simple to upload your logo. The quality of the clothes is fantastic apart from the body warmer which the size does seem to come up abit short and is very thin so that won't be getting worn. My main issue with Eden was their communication I asked for an update on my order and received one was told that it would be 14 days from ordering, perfect I now know when my stuff will get dispatched. I received my tracking information on the day they said I eagerly awaited the delivery of my new clothes. Nearly a week past and I still hadn't received my order I sent emails.,called messaged on Facebook it took for me to leave a bad review on Google for them to actually respond. Turns out my order hadn't even been dispatched. The next day I received my order. If I didn't mind waiting nearly a month for my order I would order from them again however I'm not sure I would just down to the fact they can't communicate with their customers.

I recently ordered a workwear bundle for my business and have been really happy with Eden Workwear. The free logo was a huge positive, as with a lot of other sites you have to pay a logo set up fee which adds to the total cost but you don’t have that with Eden. My items were delivered quickly (considering they were all personalised with my company logo) and when they arrived I was very happy with the look and quality of the clothes. Doesn’t look cheaply made at all. The logo is large and bright on the front of all the clothes so it’s very noticeable; which I really love. Josh is very responsive to emails, I was missing a polo shirt from the order and he responded within minutes of my email and advise they were sending another out straight away. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Firstly ignore other bad comments! Yes they are not answerin your email or facebook messages on time. BUT! Quality item and great embroidery. I received my order after for a long time (I understand they are working under high order volume and they try to best products. Also it is very cheap but items is not cheap. I am really happy and I will recommended this company. (Just need waiting for a long time and need understandable they are human not a machine!) I don't know them at all, I'm just trying to be fair.

UPDATE 1: After a negative review here and on Facebook an email has arrived saying the order has been dispatched. No call back, no other contact and no apology. It is supposed to be a next day service. If it actually arrives I will update. ORIGINAL: Order #2147 no one has been in touch and no one has responded. Call centre has no details and refuses to put you through to anyone who can help. Frustrated and will be putting a chargeback through against this. Will update if anything changes.
