Went in today for a passport photo with my daughter, only one member of staff on and she was really busy fault a little sorry for her but she was so helpful my daughter was shy and did not want her photo being taken however the member of staff was great with her and she allowed the photo. Great service and good value in relation to passport photos. They also give you a code for the photo so you can apply for your passport online.

I was on the hunt for an unconventional size 3.5cm x 2.5cm photograph of myself for an application. Couldn't find anywhere that does it as it's not standard size. The staff at Max Spielman agreed to go above and beyond and manually cut some up for me. Five stars for the service!!

Went on a Sunday, member of staff wasn't from that shop and was struggling as two machines was not working, my downloaded photos took nearly 1 1/2 hours to sort out.
