I am very impressed with this company. I am new to design and the team were extremely helpful with their suggestions at the proof stage. They noticed some issues with my design and were thorough in their suggestions to correct these. The designers went over and above to make sure the artwork was clear and of high quality. The labels came out really well and I delivered when expected. The labels are thinner than i wanted but this is my fault for selecting a low weight of paper. My advise is to spend a bit more and choose a slightly thicker papwr. Overall I am very happy with the quality of labels and the service. I will be using them again.

I can't recommend Discount Sticker Printing highly enough. I had used them before for a very simple design and this time things were more complicated in my eyes anyway and larger quantities required albeit too small for most companies. Katie was amazing the time she spent with me and the patience she showed at what was a highly stressful time for us as a business went above and beyond. Minimum order values are easily achievable and excellent value for money. Delivery was expedited for quite a small sum of money and everything arrived on time. Quality is excellent. Good quality stickers. Customer service a little hit and miss. Can be a unhelpful and defensive. The method of communication with designers using a strange grid is a bit confusing and unclear although it does allow you to see what they are referring to quickly. They sent me lots and lots of reels of nearly 1000 prints of 23 different stickers all randomly placed in a box - it would have been nice if they had been sorted into packs. Also they forgot one of the designs I ordered. They did put it right very quickly though.
