Great place for smaller kids (mine is 2 1/2) reasonably priced to play and also good selection of snacks and drinks. Place is quite small compared to others but it means you can keep an eye on them a lot easier

Great place for the kids. We only used the outside play area which is free and kids had a great time. Had tea there food was nice and Icecream selection very nice. Friendly staff. Indoor play area is good and great place for a party

Although social distancing is still in place and inside is still closed, Grandkids had a great time. Go karts etc were sanitised regularly while we were there. Will be back soon, hopefully when inside is open again.

Had a birthday party at Kidz Hub today for our 6 year old and 10 of his friends and we were so impressed!! All the children had a fantastic time and had so much fun. They made use of both the indoor soft play and also the outdoor play area. They loved the bouncy castles in particular. We couldn't have asked for more, we really had nothing to do as the staff organised everything for us. I dropped off a few decorations the night before and it was all set up ready for us and the party bags were all done for us. We had special dietary requirements and they catered for this which, if any staff are reading this, the family were ever so touched by and really appreciated you making sure everything was suitable for their little girl. The food was excellent. There were chicken nuggets, pizza, fish fingers and chips and they all had cupcakes too...really nice. We were a bit awkward and asked them to do a tab for us so that additional parents that wanted to come didn't have to pay themselves and we also had a tab for the ice cream parlour. This was no issue for the staff and they made the whole thing so stress free. All the staff were so friendly and were on hand when we needed them. One of them sat with them in the party room chatting to all the children about Super Mario which was lovely. The place is super clean too. If you are looking for a play centre for your kids or a party venue then I would not hesitate recommending Kidz Hub. It feels really open too and doesn't feel loud and over busy like most other places. Plus no where else has the outdoor fun. Thank you so much to everyone at Kidz Hub for making our boys day special and for making the whole experience completely stress free for us too.

Been a fair few times for kids parties. My daughter has always enjoyed going. Food is ok, cooked on site. Never been asked about food allergies though… Indoor soft play is of good quality and the little party room works a treat too. The party food room is very small though.

A great place for the kids to play and the parents to have a drink food was nice although the kids food the break cakes looked like they were frozen previously so just breaking apart and kids said they were dry x all had ice cream which was lovely a lovely day out though x

Very safe environment for children. Lots of things to do inside and outside. Ice cream shop attached which was a bonus to the visit.

Good for a play for 3 year old. Went for a party, would have rather they had one bigger party room rather than 2 small rooms, as it was a squeeze for 10 toddlers plus staff and doting parents, most of the parents hung out in the corridor waiting for the kids to eat. Would be better for older group parties that wouldn't need parents hovering. The place was clean with visible sanitising stations and safety signage.

This is the nicest soft play I have ever been to! Chilled music, amazing staff and the play areas were perfect for my 1yr & 3yr olds. The afternoon tea is lovely too! Stopped by during a long drive across the country and it was so welcoming! Just what we needed.

We visited Kidz hub today for the first time, and we will definitely be returning! Our 2 year old granddaughter absolutely loved it, and the staff your fabulous. Lovely food, reasonably priced. Clean, well-presented, and safe venue for little ones!

First, not as big as I thought it might be. However, nice polite staff, clean and tidy, plenty of space to sit. The food looked good, although I only had a coffee. The menu looked a big pricy, but don't be put off, the portions are a good size, so I'd say good value for money. The play area was large enough for the size of the building and my grandson had a great time. It was the first visit, but won't be the last.

we visited today with our 2 children, they loved the whole experience. a very clean well looked after play area with lovely staff. I personally didn't rate what I ate, really didn't enjoy it at all but my 4 year old said hers was really tasty so I guess that's all that matters. we will definately be coming back again to play but I won't be buying food :)

Really good venue - let down by non distribution of party cake. Visited this place for a close friends child’s birthday party, venue was clean, staff were very polite and friendly all the kids had a really good time. BUT! Towards the end of the party I saw the FULL party cake being taken out of the party via the main exit, I then positioned myself near to the exit just to confirm I hadn’t made a mistake but no my initial fears were confirmed when I saw the (now boxed) cake in the boot of the host’s car - I am now in traffic on the way home… I can only imagine the hosts are sat at home eating all the cake to themselves.

Was very clean and well equipped for the over 4's. The only disappointing aspect was that they didn't cater for allergies, despite having signs up & details on the menu saying to ask about allergies. Something as simple as dairy free which is unfortunately is becoming increasingly evident in young children meant that neither myself or more importantly my youngest granddaughter couldn't eat there.

Really good little play area. The Covid secure bits are enough to make it feel safe without ruining the experience (i.e. masks worn everywhere except sitting at the tables). Never feels too busy and the food / coffee is always good - and no need to book a slot which is handy...

Staff are really nice, even better was seeing Soy milk available. Food is nice and my little one enjoys the proper cheese on her burger instead of most places that do slices. Its clean and looked after even a few weeks in. Though I gave it 5 stars, I do agree with it being cold. As this is a new play place it is missing the warm, cosy environnent that adults can relax with a coffee and children can burn off steam its the only thing not ticking my box when coming here. Dont think the entrance door helps as it will let the draft in being standard door. Hopefully the feedback will be helpful as it is a real delight other than this.

I really like this place, clean and tidy, staff are really lovely, children love it. But there is just one thing, it's so cold. I understand for children playing they will be ok, but as a parent it gets really cold.

Nice place to take young kids when the bigger ones are at school. Friendly folks running it. Food is decent, hit drinks are a bit expensive as the cups are quite small. Will go back
