L. C.I popped in here to enquire about a one off item, from the moment I walked in the door I was met with the most helpful and friendly staff you could hope to meet. They set up my logo sent a copy of the design on the garment straight over to me as promised. As they didn't have the size I needed they ordered in another two sizes for me to try and let me know as soon as they arrived. Picked up my item today and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase the embroidery is stunning. A massive plus they do not charge for setting up your design like most places do. I could not recommend this company more highly and thank you to the lovely staff there what a refreshing change to have such lovely service these days.

The badge for our club is really complex but the embroided version came out better than me ever expected. Whenever we phoned the office all the staff were polite, courteous and couldn't do enough for us. Will be ordering again.

We’ve ordered a wide variety of products that have all been excellent quality and their prices are reasonable. Our business uses workmen that are on site daily and the products hold up wear wise really well. The bundle packs they offer for businesses are extremely good value for money.
Everyone keeps telling us to use a local company as the service would be better but the Customise It Now website is so easy to use and order from that we don’t need to try anywhere else.
