This is a review of their customer service and not of the printed product (as I am yet to see the printed posters). Will update on the quality later when I see them. I am abroad and needed a quick print of 10 A3 posters to be delivered locally in Edinburgh. Shahid & The Crescent Print Team were quick to respond by email and very helpful. The posters were ready and delivered in less than an hour and a half after I made the order by phone. Couldn't have asked for a faster service!

My boyfriend recently started his own personal training business in Edinburgh so I wanted to get him business cards as a Christmas present. I went to Crescent Print and Shahid helped me pick the best card material, designed the card based on my boyfriend’s company logo and sent mock ups to me for my input before printing them. I was also told they would keep the design on file for when I decide to order more! The cards were ready within a few days after ordering them and I was pretty excited to see the final product! My boyfriend absolutely loved the cards, gives them out regularly and gets plenty of compliments on the design. I definitely recommend Crescent Print Edinburgh for any printing needs and Shahid was extremely helpful and kind!

Another supplier had delivery issues that didn't transpire until the day before a conference we were exhibiting at, but Shahid and the team came to the rescue and were able to print 3 roller banners for me in 5 HRS!!! I approached 4 repro companies in Edinburgh about scanning a very large number of analogue prints. Crescent Print was the first to reply and their price turned out to be the most favourable, but the deciding factor was their helpful emails about how they proposed to handle the job (I'm completely ignorant about issues like size, resolution, etc.). A photographer friend had advised me to ask for a sample scan from each company as quality control, but this seemed too time-consuming. Crescent Print finished the job when they said they would, and the results are absolutely superb: better than I had been expecting. I will be using them in future because I know they will do a great job.

I contacted Crescent Print to have a vinyl decal of a logo for a church notice board. As I am rather a dinosaur with technology I was unsure about how to go about this however the staff from Crescent Print were very helpful with helping me with my requirements and within a very short time of getting in touch with them, the job was completed and posted to my home address. The vinyl decal was exactly what I required and it is now on the notice board and is in place on the wall of the local church hall. I would not hesitate to use them again.
