I always come here to get my Colour and B&W film processed. You can get your film digitally scanned and sent to your email in addition to printing. Amazing quality every time. Top customer service. Highly recommend.

I've visited this shop on many occasions over the past year for film development and for using the Kodak kiosks in store. Customer service is great, all staff members I've met are very approachable and knowledgeable. Film development is fast and well priced and I like that one can opt for email and/or prints of your photo. I even got my 110 film developed here. Range of film in store is great as well. The Kodak kiosks are a great option to print photos from your phone/SD card/USB stick (I always use Bluetooth connectivity with my phone and haven't had an issue). The pictures come out great and there are customisation options on size and cropping of prints before pressing "print" which is great to ensure excellent results. I'm always happy with the outcome. The staff are on hand to help with the process if you get stuck. Overall, I'll continue visiting this shop for all of my photography needs :)

Highly recommended. Great place to get printing stuff done. I got my Passport photos done and been going there regularly since to print documents and found the customer service very professional and staff very helpful.

Customer service isn't the worst I have seen. However, the whole process and technology needs to be updated as it took a long time to get all the photos sorted on their computers - I have been to other places where the employee loads it up on their own (faster) computer and helps you through it. Also, I think the prices may be a bit on the higher end of the bracket of which I would be happy to pay. Saying all that the quality of the photos printed were good.

The staff are so helpful here, I was really impressed. I went to make some scans of a part of a book. The person who helped me was very kind and patient. He showed me how to use the scanner and then when a few of the scans didn't work well, he identified them for me and then made new scans of those. He lent me a USB to put the scans on temporarily and then emailed me them. It really was excellent service and I would highly recommend this place.

My order was 4"x6" photo prints. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very fast printing service. The quality of prints is good. The store offers a good range of reasonably priced photo frames and albums. The store has moved to the opposite road of its old site and is still at South Clerk Street.

UPDATE: they have moved to across the street but it's the same business and staff I have used this shop on numerous times and have been very happy with the service. It is usually not very busy and I was able to get my photos printed and collected within 15 minutes. The staff have been helpful in pointing out when I forgot to resize some photos and did it for me at his terminal. Last time I went to have my passport photos taken and printed, I realized I was not happy with the photos after they were printed and cut out for me- I asked if it were possible to retake and print- and the staff pleasantly acquiesced without any additional charge. This is what prompted me to write this review and give them 5 stars. I cannot comment much about the price, as I have little experience of it from other shops, but it seemed normal.

Had a wonderful experience. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The shop has several printers and you can watch your photos being printed while you wait. Lots of photography relates items on sale as well such as frames, cameras etc. One stop show for all photo related needs I'd say.
