Absolutely fantastic service! am not from Edinburgh. I was visiting for a visa appointment at one of the consulates. I had forgotten to print an important letter. I called Paragon service point and they were so so helpful, I can not thank them enough as without that document I'd have been turned away from my appointment and resulted in a wasted train journey! I would like to say a massive thank you to Ryan for saving the day today. My wife has been studying for the last 3 years doing a PHD. She flew to Edinburgh on Sunday night in advance of her final exams in the Royal College of Surgeons. My wife has sacrificed so much over the last 3 years and was all leading up this this one exam. She was due to present 5 case files that she had been working on for months as part of the exam, but when she arrived in Edinburgh on Sunday nite she realised she didn’t have the print out with her. She called me and she was distraught. She had no hope of presenting the cases without the print out. Paragon opened on Monday morning at 7:00am, I called them the second it was opened and a really nice guy Ryan answered the call. I was panicking, hoping he could help. He listened to the situation and straight away without even knowing how big the job was he said it’s no prob we’ll get it done. He checked the email with the documents that I had sent earlier and within a few mins after 7am the job was being printed. By 7:30 he called me to say the job was printed, nearly 200 pages! and then a few mins later he jumped into his car and hand delivered it to my wife’s hotel. This was an amazing experience. Sometimes when things go wrong you need the help of some really kind people who pull out all the stops and get the job done. Ryan we can’t thank you enough. Eamon & Jackie
