M. M.I feel displeased at the brisk and rude service I recieved here yesterday. As an art student I had previously used Minuteman and been served by a different staff member which was a good experience. I was pleased to give my business locally however yesterday I felt contemptuously treated for not having an understanding of how a booklet is constructed. I had phoned twice previously to ask questions which clearly were not in depth enough, was it wrong to assume that guidance would be part of the service or was I supposed to be an expert?
I appreciate the extra time spent getting it right and the quality of the print is lovely, Friday is a busy day apparently, however in the future just say so and refuse the work. I was informed that the next time I wanted the same the price would be £20 instead of £4, I can only assume this was to discourage me from returning, mission accomplished.
Can't help but wonder if a male customer would of been treated so rudely? Very disappointed at the bad taste left in my mouth by this experience.
