I had got a cartridge for Samsung SCX-4825FN refurbished from your University road branch... It was perfect since last 2-3 times. But this time the prints are all leaving toner marks all over the copies... And I had personally been to your showroom to get it rectified 3-4 times... Every time it is attended well but the fault is till date not rectified.... God knows how Cartridge World is gonna help me now...
