After a series of bad experiences over 2 years I finally made my opinion on this company public and within days they acted. The complimentary flowers were a nice touch and the decreased monthly charges as well as a visit from 2 members of staff have helped to smooth the way to extend the contract for a further 3 years provided that the catalogue of errors do not continue in the future. Still some work to do over the next 3 months to rebuild confidence but I hope the errors are behind us for good.
My original post:
From the minute I took out a 3 year contract with this company I have had to repeatedly complain about the invoices. I have had estimated readings despite them having a connection to my printer, (as a low user this would result in one high month estimated and the next month putting me well below minimum charge so they gave me a minimum charge bill, overall effect 2 bills are higher than 2 accurate bills). Phoning for complaints never gets anything resolved, many promises of call backs and I have never received one. Contract stated they could only increase my charges annually at a maximum % increase and this was ignored and took me best part of a year to get over turned. Today I have received a statement showing they have invoiced me £234 for annual parts 3 times in the last 2 weeks, yet my 3 year contract is supposed to cover all annual parts. If I was at the end of the contract I could understand this charge but not 2 years into it and not 3 of them. The printer is exactly 2 years old and only needs new cartridges once a year and apart from that has never had any parts, so what are they charging for. Don't use them customer service is awful and as soon as my 3 year contract is over I will leave.
