I've been using Scribes for the past 2 years for my business prints. They print menus for my restaurant as well as other bits and pieces. The service is always flawless. Jess is always a massive help in putting together my ideas, which I'm not always the best at explaining, but she brings it together every time and my prints always look amazing. The quality is always brilliant. There was a delay with my prints just after returning from lockdown, due to sourcing materials and the problems every business has faced, the delay was 1 day, but it was imperative I had something as it was my first night open after lockdown. Scribes went above and beyond and printed out my food and drinks menus, which are also set in a sleeve (the sleeve material was what caused the slight delay). They printed all of them, placed them in a different sleeve and delivered them to me on a Friday night. This was at no cost to me!! Then on the Saturday lunch time they were back with all of the menus completed to the original spec. That is the best customer service I have received from any company, ever. If I could click 10 stars, I would. They have a customer for life with me! A brilliant company!!

Even better was the lightning fast printing and binding, a 24 page, full-colour document with metal binding took around half an hour. We have been planning to update our Practice Booklet for some time but were wary of how much work would be involved in changing it into a format that could be used by the printers. Didn't not need to worry. Scribes staff were helpful from the start talking us through the process, the type of files that worked best, the type of layout that worked best and how to get the best results. When we finally sent the file through we were able to review a proof copy before proceeding. We made a few more adjustments and then sent them the final version.
