Fantastic service, fast, very friendly bunch, and quality production. They have some great equipment and they work with the customer to make a great product. Highly recommend for both large and small batch work. I went for just my dogs name to be embroidered on a bandana, very happy with the work. If I ever need some staff tops or team shirts, I’m getting them done here.

I was recommended to use Ipswich embroidery by a friend after he had some tops made I was not disappointed, from the moment I contacted Adam and the team they were responsive to my needs and went above and beyond what I would expect! Adam produced the quotation for a polo top with some embroidery within the hour and emailed it to me! I was invited up to their site because I had some question regarding the sizing. I actually brought along a polo top which was the correct size for comparison! Adam offered to put the embroidery I wanted on the top there and then so I had a top to wear immediately for my job! the whole experience was easy and very professional I could not recommend this company highly enough! great product and value for money! thank you so much!!!

I cannot recommend Matt & Adam at Ipswich Embroidery & Print enough! Two absolutely fantastic guys that will go the extra mile to ensure your designs are exactly what you're picturing - and in my case, better actually. Adam reformatted my logo to fit two feather flags and they look spot on and have gone down a storm at several outdoor events since! The quality of my polo shirts and feather flags is fantastic, they were really competitively priced and were in constant communication with me throughout. I would only say that if you're going in to collect, make sure you allow for an extra 10 minutes because they'll definitely want to hear about what you're up to and offer assistance in any other way they can. Adam who I spoke on the phone with was so comforting and understanding of a charity cause, he listens to everything about your ideas and discusses what would help more and little tweaks to make the most impressive final product, their work is outstanding. I called Adam as I had been let down by my previous supplier - after a quick chat and an email he provided me with a prompt quote and even did a rush order on one item. This item arrived on time - unfortunately it wasn't as perfect as we'd both anticipated so free of charge he offered me a new one AND completed the entire rest of my order (hoodies, t-shirts, kids shirts and tote bags) within a week.
