They offer a great screen printing service. But sadly i have had several orders cancelled as they sell out of stock products. They then take 5 weeks to refund you! I had to send many emails and even chase this up on the telephone. So they need to improve their stock management and their refund process. It's not cool to hang onto customers money when they were the ones to screw up in the first place.

i cannot praise this service highly enough. i emailed customer service about ordering some 25mm badge keyrings and i'm so pleased with what i received. i didn't receive a reply straight away but once correspondence had begun the team were very helpful - special shoutouts to nathan, joel and hayden! i paid the invoice on september 17th and received the product with a very tight turnaround deadline by the 24th. i did have to pay extra in order to have such a prompt delivery, but they delivered on the service as i requested. some of the designs were a bit off centre vs the design document i sent them but i was still 100% happy with the product. thank you awesome merchandise!

Their customer service team is responsive and on the one occasion where an error was made, they fixed it and arranged super speedy shipping for me. Back when comic conventions were a thing, awesome merch were my go to company to order stickers and beanies. I always loved the quality of their stuff and especially loved the speed in which it arrived. That being said, I'm generally a lazy person who doesn't really leave reviews. However, seeing all these people accusing Awesome merch of being misogynistic for supporting trans rights and refusing to print work that supports hate has compelled me to do so. However, I am deeply disappointed that they are not able to be tolerant and inclusive of people who do not happen to fall in with their apparently woke political beliefs. They've alerted me when there's a potential issue with the artwork (i.e. it's not high resolution or the colours might be incorrect), they've made every effort to make sure that the items are delivered on time - especially if I needed it for a specific date. And they are also just really affordable. I like that they don't have a ton of waste in their packaging either (i.e. they don't shrink wrap everything in plastic, like some other printers do!). I love the range of products that they stock and their really great customer service -- and the results are always amazing. I am loving the latest product I've ordered :)
