Kind hearted person here running a business. I wasn't aware I had to book prior to print and I just showed up.. This man really helped me, printing some documents I needed to send some urgent parcels abroad. He didn't need to, but he did. He could have said: Im sorry but we only work with pre-bookings and close the door, but he didn't. He saved me loads of time and effort.
