Having trained many departments – customer service, design and sales – plus Heads of Departments – I was really intrigued to see they were running virtual tours of the factory to show the changes they have made during Lockdown. Guided on the tour by Arnie – and as it was interactive I was able to ask questions – I was amazed at the changes they have made to continue producing labels etc during the pandemic. OPM have always had a keen attention to detail – and this shows in their production layout – and also their care for customers where the factory is designed to keep all channels open to their clients with purpose built buildings and a rota of staff to keep communication going and staff safe. The fact that they did this by taking advice from Italy during the very early days of the pandemic means they are always one step ahead of the competition. Well done OPM – I am proud to be a supplier of yours and have you as one of my clients.
